You will know you are on vacation from the moment you walk through the door. Every room is a reflection of life on the coast. Decorated with beach decor and tranquil colors, you will have no problem relaxing. The furniture was custom ordered to ensure a look you won't find anywhere else. With an open floor plan, friends and family can visit with each other while sitting in the kitchen or reclining on the sofa. There is a great view of the gulf from the living room. Soft cream hardwood floors flow throughout the house. When you just want to hang out enjoy the 60" t.v in a custom built entertainment center with shelving displaying pottery from local artists. We provide wireless high speed internet so don't forget your laptop.
Each bedroom has its own unique style. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, vintage beach decor,and 26" wall mounted flat panel tv and view of the gulf. Enjoy the claw-foot tub & separate marble shower adjoining the master bedroom. The second bedroom has an enormous king size bed, Walter Anderson art,and 32" wall mounted flat panel tv. The third bedroom has one full size bed & one twin bed,& french doors leading out to the deck and backyard. All three bedrooms have room darkening curtains for the times you want a mid-day nap after an early round of golf, a fishing adventure, or maybe all night gambling.
The back yard is completely closed in with a privacy fence keeping your pets safe & able to play without a leash. We have a natural gas grill, patio, and picnic table ready for your outdoor dining. Your children can play on our "hopscotch" walkway.
The house is located on a quiet historical street, one block north of US90 (Beach Blvd). Most of the effects of Katrina have been cleared away but there are still empty lots that stand as a memorial to the devastation that coastal residents endured. If you enjoy walks, this is the street for you. We are one block from gorgeous white sandy beaches and a park is within walking distance with tennis courts and a playground.
The Ship Island Excursion docks just two miles from the house. In just 5 minutes you are at the Island View Casino in Gulfport or in 15 minutes you can be at one of the many casinos in Biloxi. Take a day trip to New Orleans just an hour away. The golf courses are too many to name. We invite you to stay at the Gulf Breeze Cottage and enjoy the year round fun the gulf coast has to offer!

Why the Owner Chose Gulfport
We looked at several locations along the coast but kept coming back to Gulfport. The beach is just a block away and the house is close to everything else we enjoy doing on vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We still get amazed every time we are sitting in the living room and look out the window and see our beautiful view of the gulf. Taking our two small dogs to the beach where they love to swim and play in the sand is our favorite outdoor activity. To me, taking a walk outside in the moonlight and enjoying the warm night air is a must. Of course, my husband has no problem relaxing on the sofa and spending time with the big t.v.

I just returned from my stay at the gulf breeze cottage. My family and I stayed for 3 days to visit with my stepson who is deploying for iraq on the 10 th. Most motels and hotels were going from 80$ to 120$ a nite and you at best get 600 square feet and a microwave. The gulf breeze cottage gave us plenty of space to visit and the decor is beautifull. We were able to fix up all his favorite home cooked meals in the well furnished kitchen.I have stayed in timeshares before and this place beats them all. It seems like everything is brand new. Just wanted you to know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

What a professional remodeling project and interior design scheme to a veteran cottage of the Mississippi Gulf Coast!!! The home is a perfect example of beach style decor, with beautiful tall ceilings, crown molding, wood floors that begged for bare feet, and an open floor plan that made the cottage seem huge. A cozy front porch for watching the gulf waves, and a back porch complete with views of nesting bluebirds. Even our teenage son enjoyed every minute here, especially the huge flat screen TV for his X-Box games. Professional appliances and a fantastic outside grill. We were even greeted with a beautiful arrangement of fresh-cut flowers on the living room table. Ceiling fans everywhere kept things cool. Everythng was immaculately clean, and the owners went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Only later did we learn that they had even left the cottage a day early (staying in a downtown Biloxi casino), so that our family could have the house for the whole length of our vacation. Now that's what I call Southern hospitality!!!

We just returned home from Mississippi. The pictures of this home don't do it justice. It's even better than the pictures. The house was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable for two couples. The property is very well maintained and clean. When you first drive up you think it may be quite small but once you step inside you see that it is very spacious and welcoming. If we ever return to the area we definitely would stay at this property again.

Untill last year my husband and I had stayed in area hotels. We had talked about how nice it would be if our children could come down and experience the festival. I found this cottage on VRBO and now we believe it's the best option for us. Donna is the nicest most accomodating person to deal with! The cottage was immulate and "like we walked into a magazine." A few of our kids and gk's did make it down and it was so perfect. Two of our girls were so in love with the decor that they took pics and are being "copy cats" redecorating their bedrooms... We hope to be back this year.

We've rented from many vrbo owners and Donna is just excellent. Everything is as promised - no surprises really and this home had lots of careful details that other places we've rented lacked. The set up is perfect for two small dogs and the things I liked the most were living room seating that can easily accomate 4-6 adults and I liked the neighborhood the house is in. It's a picturesque, quiet residential area and the living room can comfortably seat at least 7 with ease because of a very large TV that gives everyone a good seat. About the only thing we weren't expecting was the unseasonably warm heat at this time of year - but it was good beach weather, the casinos were fun and the house AC worked beautifully. Thanks Donna and we will definitley rent again here. Our "babies" thank you too.

Hi Donna, Your house is amazing! We loved it and took care of it like it was our own. I will pray that every tenant that you get will take special care of your home because all of the work and love that you have put into it is very evident. We loved the view and the peaceful backyard. We drove by the treehouse cottage and wished we had seen the inside. My mom especially loved her room with the big King bed and I loved mine with the soaker tub! I just can't say enough about how beautiful your house is. We noticed every detail, from the hand painted tiles on the backsplash and the corian counters, to the bosch appliances. Top of the line throughout--my mom really appreciated the quality of the linens! Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful vacation home! I can't wait to bring my husband there to see it! This house is exactly as advertised. Virtually everything in the house is new. The location is perfect: near the beach and in the center of the gulf coast. It is also located in a great neighorhood with a large park several blocks away.
