Just wanted to share with everyone who considers Villa La Vue for whatever is your purpose that this is THE PERFECT CHOISE!!! It's location, accommodation, equipment, cleanliness and tranquility makes it fell like you are home. Also Scott (owner), is a very attentive and honest professional who makes your stay even better. Will definitely go back, and once again, I honestly recommend to all who are traveling to the Miami area to stay at Villa La Vue, YOU WON'T REGREAT IT!!!! Scott .... we want to thank all your hospitality and kindness, our family enjoyed a very good holiday Your house is wonderful, very comfortable, spacious and totally enjoyable, plus your work and your concern for cleanliness and order are a very important extra value as well as the water sport items. The scenery is beautiful, with sunlight all the day, the house is very spacious, ideal for sharing a family friendly vacation, given the layout of the rooms coexistence is completely independent, yet united in the common areas, frankly, much better than a hotel. My stay at Villa la Vue was more than I could have expected. The house is beautiful and was in perfect condition upon arrival. Scott was very pleasant and made our stay hassle free. He was available for questions and help as needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we could possibly need. There were plenty of linens, towels, and the view is amazing. We swam in the bay every day and the dolphins swam by every day at sunset. The neighborhood was quiet and in walking distance to the beach. It was truly everything I could have asked for. Thanks!

Great Vacation Home

10/8/2010 a group of 14 friends were pleasantly suprised at the very nice accomodations. Scott was a great help and the house was everything and more he said it would be. It was well maintained in a nice neighborhood. It's really close to everything. I was alittle nervous renting online but let me tell you, this was GREAT! The grocery store was not 5 minutes away(go east), there was good restaurants and bars close by also. (go to Flanigan's 5 min away $1.50 draft beer and next door is a cheap liquor store and 2 doors down is Publix) Almost forgot the great sunsets from the back yard too. Thanks again Scott.

Great location, outstanding view, and very comfortable and practical for families with kids. We were two families, 4 adults and 7 kids, and we all had a great time. Everything was as expected, and the house was ideal for having a good family vacation by the water and close to the beach.

Great house for fun in the sun

14 of us stayed in this home and had plenty of space to all feel comfortable. When we were playing outside in the water we got a pleasant surprise! A dolphin swam by up the canal then back. We saw another one the next day! There is a BBQ grill out back so we spent several nights BBQing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! We walked to the beach twice and enjoyed our time there. There are also businesses close by to walk to but I would suggest planning on taking cabs or renting a car if you plan to do any nights out.

Amazing! Look No Further!

This was our first time staying in a vacation rental. We do several events a year and have always stayed in hotels. I was a little leery at first as an event planner for a high maintenance firm…was my job on the line??? Wow! What an awesome experience ~ owner offering to pick us up at airport ~ fresh flowers & wine ~ power in the area went out briefly one night and within minutes there was a neighbor with candles and flashlights at the door ~ and the house…. Absolutely beautiful property! Tastefully decorated with all the extras! This elegant house is spacious and spread out with plenty of room for privacy; yet large areas for gathering and entertaining. The view is outstanding with a private patio and dock. We spent the evenings unwinding after hectic days & the mornings sipping coffee in this tranquil area…as an extra treat we saw dolphins and a stingray! Highly recommended rental ~ great for business and pleasure. We had all the comforts of home and so much more! Needless to say we will not be looking for hotels on our next trip to Miami. Enjoy and prepare yourself for a refreshing & wonderful experience.

PERFECT VACATION RENTAL!!

The Rental house was PERFECT: Clean, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, quiet,great views, and much better than staying in a HOTEL! 15-20 Min Cab ride to South Beach and convenient shops/eateries/shopping mall nearby about a 5 min walk! Perfect for a group getaway as we lounged in the backyard for BBQ,played pool,watched TV, while watching the dolphins swim nearby and boats passing through the channel. The owner was very cooperative and accommodating to all our rental needs. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental location to anyone traveling to MIAMI, and we look forward to coming back soon and plan to stay at LA VUE VILLA! Thanks again SCOTT!

We were 8 people staying in this Villa and it was perfect.There was enough space for everybody and we felt like home. The Villa is very clean and comfortable. A perfect place to relax and have fun.If you want to visit some atractions like the Everglades, Miami Downtown or the huge shopping malls , it is recommendable to rent a car . The owner is very friendly and helpful. We definitly recommend this property to everybody who wants to spend some unforgettable days .

The place is beautiful, luxurious, clean and comfortable. Besides all the great things to do that are all so close and convient, just hanging around the Villa was a pleasure! I loved having the pool table right there and what a back yard!! Tons of Sun, huge BBQ and no kidding, the most amazing view I have ever seen! Scott (the owner) was great by the way! Very accommodating. We made a couple special requests and he hooked us up with a couple extra beds and a great vacation with lots of activities. We were a big group and the Villa was perfect. It was so nice not only having so many bedrooms but even more so having so many bathrooms! Last year we all crammed into a much smaller 4 bed 2.5 bath house and it was as if we had to wait in line to take a shower or use the bathroom but not at La Vue Villa! PERFECT! Thanks again Scott! Perfect Place to Stay

The Villa is indeed beautiful, clean, bright, and it truly felt like home. The owner was very helpful and provided us with great service (Very nice since we came all the way from Germany). The view from the terrace is stunning; we even saw dolphins from the dock. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the convenience of being in walking distance to Bal Harbour Shops and the Beach. You don't need a car since restaurants and shops are close by too. We will definitely be back in the future and we recommend this property to all our friends.
