This spacious new residence, completed in 2008, is located in the beautiful year-round playground of Vail Colorado. This duplex is located in Lionshead Village, which is nestled up against Vail Mountain. The Village offers many dining and bar options, plenty of shopping, summer and winter activities and an ice skating rink in the winter. The Gondola and the Born Free Express Chairlift are located here, approximately 200 years from the front door of Gore Creek Place.
The gorgeous duplex has it's own heated walkway to a private front porch with an 'activity closet' to store your skis or bikes in. There is a small front yard and 2 car underground garage. Gore Creek Place backs up to the Gore Creek, which can be accessed by walking out the bottom floor patio. There is also a private 8 person hot tub on this patio overlooking the creek and Vail Mountain. The upstairs deck boasts a dining area and gas grill.
This is a 5 bedroom (two of which are Master Suites) and 5.5 bathrooms residence.
