Come stay in our beautiful private home just steps to the beach sitting on a pretty walk st. The home was built in 1913 and features beautiful wood craftsmanship,and peacefull zen yard.
The outdoor spaces are wonderful including a waterfall in the front yard and outdoor dining with BBQ. This house is a three bedroom, with a beautiful kitchen to cook in. The entire upper level is the master bedroom and deck. This gives you complete privacy, yet still on vacation with the rest of your friends and or family.

The lady in red is Mercede Ahrablou, owner of Bin 73 and Mercedes Grill, 2 of the most popular restaurants in the area. Mercedes Grill is a Cuban Caribbean restaurant with Latin and American influences. Breakfast, Lunch, Happy hours (m-f) and dinner daily. Bin 73 is our neihborhood Wine& cheese bar.
Why the Owner Chose Marina del Rey
I’ve always lived near the beach and can't imagine being any where else. I opened two businesses in this area and fell in love with this beautiful craftsman that is directly behind my restaurants when I first opened them. The property has such warmth and charm. When it came on the market I jumped at the opportunity! This house is located on a beautiful walk street, just steps to the beach.
