We recently purchased our beautiful condo, we have spent time and money on modernising creating a new fresh home for us and for you to enjoy.
We replaced furniture, fittings, new linens etc, all to help create an enjoyable stay - Home from Home!
We are located in Spinnaker Pointe, we are located on the curve of the horseshoe ( some could say the luckiest part to be in!)
Master Bedroom – Tastefully decorated. King size bed, with adjoining bathroom, complete with two large closets (one walk-in)
Master Bathroom – Twin sinks, large soaking tub with jets plus walk in shower.
Guest Bedroom – Queen Bed. Large closet for storage.
Guest Bathroom – Full bathroom – Bath and shower. Bright.
Den – Office area:- Desk, New flatscreen TV. Phone point and Internet available, so you can keep in touch with your email etc. Brand new Day/sleeper/sofa bed that converts to a full queen bed. The den can be closed of from the kitchen, giving that extra privacy.
The main living area – comfy sofas, soft bouncy carpets, with access via full sliding glass doors to the furnished screened Lanai. Exit to the outside landscaped shared garden area.
Or you could choose to entertain at the full dining area (seats six). The dining table has settings for six.
The Lanai - New furniture - Table and 4 swivel rocker chairs. Newly painted to bring it back to life. 3 candle lanterns are available to add low evening light or you can just have the outside light on.
Your own garage – keep your car out of the sun. Park via the garage transponder,no need to get out of your car. Then enter the house via the integral garage, through the utility area to the spacious bright, airy welcoming hallway to the main house.
Utility - Hosting a Washer and a Dryer. Two big storage cupboards, holding appliances and various items of use and interest!
Lots of room to put your shopping down, before entering the main house.
No smoking allowed inside our home - But smoking permitted on the Lanai area
Spinnaker Pointe is the only area in Windstar with its own Tennis Courts – 2 minutes walk from our front door! The large pool with Jacuzzi is also only 2 minutes walk. The Clubhouse has restroom facilities and a fridge to keep your lunch cool, or for a break from the midday sun.
Windstar is a beautiful, gated, private community. Stunning sunset views from the Clubhouse. Fabulous food. Tennis courts. Full gymnasium. And of course GOLF!
We have Golf and Social Membership, which for a small fee can be transferred, so you too can enjoy all the amenities and join in the busy social calendar! You can of course ( excuse the pun) increase to full golf, this can be arranged with Windstar directly, costs vary.
I can now say - I have meet many of the neighbours and members of Windstar - what a great bunch, very friendly and welcoming!
