SEMI-SOUNDFRONT, Salvo. New in 2002. Conveniently located in a glorious new subdivision, Wind Over Waves, this new home is perfect for large family reunions, has all the amenities you could want and is just a short 100 foot walk from the sound. Of course, if swimming in the sound doesn't excite you, maybe the private, heated pool will.

Sound access has never been easier. Whether you enjoy the long walking piers, the private community boat ramp or just want to swim, all are just a few feet away. There are also several water sports rental facilities within half a mile drive. Just make sure you get back in time for cocktails in the hot tub. You don't want to miss the sunset views over the water.

Since this area of Hatteras Island is located within a couple of miles from the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, driving on the beach, surf fishing or private campfires by the moonlight are popular beach activities sure to provide lasting memories.

BORIS has plenty of space and fun for everyone, with more than 3000 square feet of living area plus a lovely private pool and eight-person hot tub. All but one bedroom (the room with the pyramid bunks) has a private bathroom. Kids will love all the outdoor games and play area. The ground level has a recreation room that's bound to be a popular place, with its kitchenette and pool table. A queen master bedroom, a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, and a full bath round out the lower level.

One floor up are four queen master bedrooms with wraparound decks. Of course, everyone will congregate in the top - level great room with gas fireplace. Ample dining space, a large kitchen with double appliances, and a spacious queen master bedroom with double vanity and deck access are also on this level. Beds: one Queen, one Queen, one Queen, one Queen, one Queen, one Queen, and two Pyramid bunks.
