CONDO SPECIFICS: *****(4 Stars) THIS IS A TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATH CONDO! As you can see from the photos, this condo has a mountain cabin feel! The open floor plan is great for visiting with family or friends. Relax in the living room, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace as you watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. The full kitchen is complete with all the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home. The master bedroom features a KING BED, new bedding, Wood accents, TV and private bathroom with plenty of linens. The secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed, new bedding, wood accents and cable TV. A full bathroom is adjacent to this room. The dining room table will seat 4 people comfortably. There is also a breakfast bar where you can seat 3 additional people. From the balcony, you will enjoy views of the courtyard area.

Location: Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. Less than 1 minute from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks. If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.

Building Amenities: After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building. All outdoor wet areas are heated with radiant heating systems. This gives you maximum comfort and safety.
A brand new exercise facility is now open and accessible with the common area keys for our guests. The facility is located on the parking level to the left and behind the elevators. It features a number of state-of-the-art machines, equipment, mirrors, and high-def flat-panel televisions on the Dish Network. The floor covering is also very suitable and designed for yoga and floor-related exercises.

You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the first floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.

This is not a scare tactic. Every year we help several hundred guests with lock-out problems.
