This home provides you with your own private waterfront estate. It has virtually EVERYTHING you need for a perfect Island vacation. From poolside, you see Anna Maria Sound to the north and Sarasota Bay to the south. Sit and watch the big yachts and boats pass by on the inter-coastal waterway.

The living areas and most bedrooms are on ground level (not on stilts with all those stairs to climb!) which makes us unique from all the other rentals.....and it sits at the water's edge. Family and guests can sit on the pool patio or at the dinning table and look out over an ever-changing scene of tides on the bay.....AND with very little luck you will see dolphins, egrets, heron, cormorant, ibis, and even white pelicans!

Vacation Rental Features

  • Amenities
    • Air Conditioning: This home has central Heat and A/C throughout. Many of the rooms have a ceiling fan too.
    • Washer: Large stacked Washer/Dryer is located off the MASTER BEDROOM #1 on the second level. There is also an Iron with iron board in same area.
    • Dryer: Large stacked Washer/Dryer is located off the MASTER BEDROOM #1 on the second level. There is also an Iron with ironing board in same area.
    • Linens Provided: All linens are provided upon arrival including towels for the pool. Tenant is responsible for any extra washing/cleaning of linens/towels during stay if desired unless previously arranged with Landlord. Cleaning service can be arranged for an extra charge during stay. Please inquire if interested - reasonable rates!
    • Off Street Parking: Ample area for off street parking in our courtyard area.
    • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Ample area to park. Please discuss these types of parking needs with Landlord prior to booking/arrival.
    • Gas Fireplace: Located in the living room

    • Full Kitchen: Kitchen has all you need for cooking most everything you bring to eat. It is big and there are many staples (spices, condiments, etc.) you are welcome to use - we only ask that if you use them up, please just replace them before you leave. Thanks!

    • Refrigerator: With Ice maker and water dispenser on door.

    • Deck/Patio: Pool patio has numerous chairs on it when you arrive and many others you can pull out for daily use including lounge chairs and outside dining table and chairs.
    • Balcony: MASTER BEDROOM (UPPER) has private balcony overlooking pool and bay. The sunrises from this room are fantastic!
    • Lanai: There is a comfortable seating area looking out over the pool and the bay that is next to the sliding glass doors into the kitchen. This area has a retractable awning that provides shelter from the rain or sun - which ever you desire.

    • We are located near the south bridge to the island. This makes our location the best as there are many options for fun right here including walking to our very own Bradenton Beach Village and Boardwalk with restaurants, shops and even a putt-putt golf course. There are also restaurants and cafes on the beach we walk to including The Beach House and Cafe On the Beach...and the famous City Beach Cafe (local favorite). Best of all, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WALK TOO FAR, you can just head out your back door and catch Anna Maria Island's FREE TROLLEY that runs every 20 minutes. It will take you to most everywhere north or south on the island. You can also transfer to another Trolley at the south end of the island and continue to Long Boat Key, St. Armen’s Circle and end up in downtown Sarasota where there are many attractions, theatre, shopping and great restaurants to explore. There is so much you can do on your vacation or just hang out and relax....you're the boss.

Anna Maria Island is very unique in all of Florida - absolutely non-commercial, no high-rise buildings, many miles of clean friendly beaches, warm seas, and lots of sun! AND no fast food chains but lots of local restaurants serving fresh grouper or crab, laid-back atmosphere...kick back and enjoy!

Short walk down quiet street to beautiful beach where there is no parking which means not all the tourists. Watching sunsets from here is a ritual for us.

We have been coming to SW Florida for over 40 years with our family..."snowbirds" escaping the cold weather of Minneapolis Minnesota to enjoy the warm waters and white sandy beaches of this beautiful part of the world. We have owned property from Sanibel Island to Siesta Key and found our favorite Anna Maria Island about 16 years ago. I live here year round and always enjoy having my family (adult children and the grandkids) and friends visit......they love it too because it is special here and I know you will agree.
