Love the beach and the pool.
Why the Owner Chose Englewood
Place to eventually retire and have lots of activities. They have various card games (bridge, euchre etc.) bunco, movie night, game night, pitch in dinners, tennis sign ups and leagues, excursions, exercise group, sing alongs, dances. The residents are friendly and inclusive.
The Unique Benefits of this Patio Home
Lots of activities and the beach. If I want something to so all I have to do is check out the calendar at the club house/recreation center and see what is happening. The physical property is spacious and very inviting. We can drive to three Englewood beaches within minutes. Venice Beach is 9 miles away and Boca Grande Beach is 15 minutes away.
