Year Purchased: 2005
I am the retired Vice President/General Manager of the Villas of Grand Cypress. Having retired in 2006, I moved back home to Honolulu to be with my family and golfing friends. I am an avid golfer and highly recommend you playing all three golf courses here at Reunion and Bella Colina.
Why the Owner Chose Reunion
Originally I bought it to retire and live 6 months in Honolulu and 6 months in Florida. After I retired, I moved back to Hawaii, and decided to live in Hawaii all year round. Why wouldn't I, the weather is excellent in Hawaii, Florida has its humidity, snakes, rain and electrical storms.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The unit is quiet and has a great view of the golf course. The Master bedroom and bathroom is opposite the guest bedrooms which insures privacy for the owner/guests.
