La Noette is a 400 year old farmhouse offering B&B all year round on a nightly or weekly basis. This lovely double bedroom en suite has been recently decorated and modernized to a very high standard. The room has views of the garden and surrounding countryside. 2 gites available for use with B&B or to let weekly. We have 5 other rooms available, please contact us for rates and details.
The Farmhouse is set in 5 acres with lovely well kept gardens and surrounded by beautiful Normandy countryside, offering many walks, and local stables for horse riding. B&B guests will enjoy having breakfast in the garden room, where fresh croissants, bread, fruit, yoghurts and cereals with coffee and fruit juice will be served.
Carolyn and Tony will be happy to advise on local attractions, having lived in Normandy for many years.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1997
Carolyn along with her late husband owned and ran a successful French restaurant and Motel in the UK for 16 years. They moved to France in 1993 and set up their B&B and gites. Tony retired to France from the UK 6 years ago to start a new life in France. After completing his barn conversion they met and were married 4 years ago in the gardens of La Noette. Your hosts Carolyn and Tony are very happy welcoming guests to La Noette.

La Noette is ideally located for easy access to the UK via the ports, Cherbourg and Caen (80km). It is also close to Dinard Airport (80km) and 2 hours on the train to Paris, where flights come and go from all over the world. Lower Normandy has beautiful countryside, and many places of interest. The villages of Moyon and Tessy-Sur-Vire are just 3km walk or drive away with excellent boulangeries, supermarkets and restaurants. La Noette is only 15mins drive from St LO.
