This is only the description of:
APARTMENT MELOGRANO:
Apartment on the first floor, with a panoramic view on the Florence countryside, it consists of:
- Living-Dining room with kitchen area (microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster), and a single sofa bed;
- Double bedroom with fan, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Satellite-TV and heating;
- A private terrace with a table with chairs, large umbrella and a barbecue;
- Melograno may be equipped for additional bed for children under 12 years old;
- Pool in the garden surrounded by parasols and lounge chairs;
- Wi-Fi zone free;
- Children playground.
- To welcome Lisa, Lara and their family; every Saturday a Welcome Buffet with typical Tuscan specialties will be offered to guests (between April and October);
ARRIVALS:
We will deliver all the maps of tourist places interest and all the necessary information you need.
Arrivals for the week:
- Taste typical Tuscan dessert;
- Tasting vinsanto / limoncello and cantuccini.
Arrivals on Saturday:
- Welcome buffet with typical Tuscan specialties offered at 07.00 pm from my family(roughly from April to October, provided that the arrival of Saturday are at least two families).

- Every Wednesday: PIZZA PARTY
- Rent mountabike;
- Guided visits to cellars and oil mills;
- Visit to laboratories of ceramic and pottery;

My wife and I just spent a wonderful week at Podere Casanova. It was everything we hoped for and so much more. We were greeted by Lisa when we arrived and she provided with all sorts of information that made our stay so much more enjoyable. The views from our apartment were breathtaking. The unit is clean and very functional with all the amenities available for your use. We wish we could have used our balcony more or the property's beautiful pool, but the weather was a little too cool. The location of the property made it very easy to get to many of the attractions in the Tuscany region. We would like to thank Lisa and her family for a wonderful week and hopefully we will be able to return in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Podere Casanova is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. Tuscany is a beautiful region in Italy but the location of this agriturismo is absolutely magnificant. The views you get from the terras and the swimmingpool are stunning. The pool is really great also for kids and there is lots of room to relax or play. The appartement is well equiped and even has an espresso machine!! We were here for the second year and will return next summer. The area has so much to see and do and Florence is nearby. We go there by car(20 min) and take the tramvia into city centre (€ 1.40 p.p.), really easy.The welcome and care the owners give you is very warm and makes you feel right at home. We can advise this agriturismo to everyone and we do!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family visited in May and we had a wonderful time! The welcome dinner was some of the best food we've had in Italy and the kids loved the pizza night. The owners were especially kind and helpful. The property was beautiful and, overall, our stay was excellent! We will definitely recommend Podere Casanova to family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About: Hello!!! I'm Lisa and this is my family! When we decided to buy this house, in June 2000, our initial intention was to divide it into apartments and sell it on but as soon as we saw it we literally fell in love with it and couldn't bring ourselves to sell it again. And then it seemed such a shame that other people couldn't share our enjoyment of such a special place so we decided to keep it as holiday apartments, as a place where lovers of Tuscany can discover the beauty of the surrounding countryside and still be within easy reach of one of the greatest cities of art in the world. Come as a guest, Leave as a friend!

This farmhouse is very near to many important cities: - Firenze 22km - San Gimignano 40 km - Siena 73 Km - Volterra 78 km - Pisa 65 km - Lucca 94 km The airport of Pisa and Florence are near too: - Florence (Firenze)of Airport 27 km - Pisa of Airport 40 km.
Podere Casanova is very near to many activities and attractions: - museum - tennis field - golf field - restourants - shopping - mountainbiking and so on... But remember... There are very nice activities right into the Podere Casanova, as the 'Wednesday Of Podere - The Pizza Party'! Don't forget it!
