Originally built as a stable, the house is a cob construction, with whitewashed walls, exposed beams, and a curved tiles roof, elevated above the charming rural village of Cotignac. From there it dominates the spectacular clifftop and village scenery. It is an un-pretentious house typical of the region, with a large fireplace, and a terrace for outdoor eating from where one can admire the panoramic view.
On the ground floor is the well fitted kitchen, two dining areas, and a comfortable and bright living room, opening through a set of French doors onto the terrace. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, and one with two twin beds, a modern bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and wc. The house is a short stroll away from the village's centre.
