The light filled open floor plan provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the view or hang out with family and friends. The full kitchen offers the opportunity to cook if you desire or to serve up appetizers and drinks before you go out for a meal.

Walk to shop at University Village or enjoy the free Summer concert series on Wednesday evenings. Or walk to ‘The Ave’ for dinner or drinks. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. With the Burke Gillman bike path take an easy ride to Gas Works Park overlooking Lake Union. For the more ambitious, ride to the Locks or Red Hook Brewery.

The house is centrally located several blocks from the University of Washington. Easy access to I-5 and a bus stop one block way will get you to Down Town or Seattle City Center in minutes.

Clean: The house was recently renovated and thus spotless. The two bedrooms were kept with comfortable linens while the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Comfortable: The common areas (living and dining rooms) provided great spots for gathering, eating, and conversation. The living room also had a futon, making it possible for the house to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Despite being located near the U of W, the neighborhood was still quiet. Convenient: Bars and restaurants were only a 10 minute walk away; the Ballard Neighborhood was only a 10 minute busride, and downtown was a $15 cab ride. There was also a grocery stores in walking distance, making it easy to fill your fridge. Finally, the owners/operators of the property were easy to work with and very helpful.
