Shanty Creek is one of Northern Michigan's most popular golf and ski resorts. The home is walking distance from the golf course and ski lifts. Cedar River Lodge is also within walking distance and provides casual and fine dining, as well as a pool and hot tub w/changing facilities.
The ranch home with a walk out basement, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen and a garage, offers comfortable surroundings for large groups or families. The walk out basement opens up to beautiful views of the 1st hole of the Weiskopf course in the summer. In the winter months it is fun to go out and do some snowshoeing, sledding, and/or cross country skiing. In this non-smoking unit, no pets are allowed.

Centrally located, Shanty Creek is only 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain, and 40 minutes from Traverse City. Boating on the Chain of Lakes which includes beautiful Torch Lake(15 min. away) and Lake Bellaire (5 min. away) as well as Grassy River Nature Area. Turtle Creek Casino, local shopping in Alden and Bellaire and restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away.
Schuss Mountain ski hill is within walking distance of the home.
