Come vacation in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. We have beautiful weather most of the year and discounted rates for the summer.
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a 2 car garage in a gated development with a community pool and a half basketball court. It was built in 2007 and has new appliances and granite countertops as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Broadband internet and wifi is included. It is conveniently located near AZ 51 and AZ 101.
Phoenix has all of the professional sports and world class golf. The Fiesta Bowl is followed by the FBR Open and every March we have Spring Training Baseball. There are terrific hiking and biking opportunities as well as shopping, museums and art galleries. Arizona is home to the Grand Canyon and countless other natural attractions.

Very Nice gated community, clean, comfortable and up to date. Would definitley go there again. Very close to shopping and sights. Excellent.

This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation to Phoenix. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything needed to make our week stay just right. We had plenty of space for our family of six. The kids loved hanging out on the patio and at the pool. This house was everything we expected and more! It was close to lots of great shopping and restaurants and was centrally located for all our excursions. Joseph and his wife were very easy to work with and answered any and all questions in a very timely manner. They had added many touches throughout the house that made our stay even more comfortable (pool noodles in the garage, cooler, laundry detergent, etc.). We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Phoenix area!

The place was beautiful and had enough space for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool and having their own room. The place was in a nice gated community and close to everything we were looking for. This was our first time to Phoenix and would love to return again. Thank you for allowing us to use this beautiful place to stay. We would recommend this property to everyone we know. Thanks again for making our stay in Phoenix that much better.

We just rented this property for 2 weeks in March. It is a great place and the owners have thought of everything! Communication from the owner was great from day one and we were extremely happy with our experience.
