Make Mickey's Manor your place of refuge after a long day at the parks, golf courses or outlet stores. Our home is very quiet, comfortable and pleasing to the eye.
We have taken special care to personally decorate and equip Mickey's Manor to the standards you desire for a place you will call home during your Orlando stay.
Whether you are heading to Disney, Universal Studios or simply having a golf vacation, you will find our home to be just the kind of clean, spacious accommodations that will allow you to relax and recharge your batteries for the next day of adventure.
One master suite has a King bed, private bath and access to the pool area. The second master has a Queen bed and its own private bath. Each master has its own television with Direct TV programming. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a full bath.
One twin bedroom is equipped with a Nintendo 64 game system and numerous games for the youngsters....allows them to play without tying up the family room TV.
The family room is furnished with attractive, upscale furniture that has held up well to a year of use. The couch opens up into a Queen sofa bed for you to factor into the sleeping arrangements or for watching late night movies. The family room television features Direct TV programming and a combo DVD/VCR player.
The screened-in patio/pool area (our favorite place) gets tons of sun. There is a large lanai for relaxing, reading or having conversation prior to taking a dip in the pool. The lanai has a ceiling fan with table and comfortable lounge chairs. One end of the pool has a kiddie wading area with a fountain for their enjoyment.
There is a barbecue gas grill in the lanai for your use at no additional cost. The kitchen, which connects with the lanai, has everything you need to prepare dinner or reheat the leftovers from the previous evening's dining.
All towels and bed linens are provided.
There is a pack-n-play portable crib at the home for no additional charge.

We bought this home because Indian Creek is a nice, quiet community which is one of the closest to Walt Disney World.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Mickey's Manor was our first home, and we like this home because the swimming pool has a wading area with a fountain that is great for the kids playing. This home is also our only one with bamboo hardwood flooring, which really looks nice and is much easier to keep clean than the carpet that was here before.

This was the first vacation my husband and I have been able to take in 10 years and our first experience renting a property via VRBO. Unfortunately I am sad to report that our stay was a major letdown. Let me first preface this review to say that the property owners (Lou & Maria) are very nice people and certainly mean well but judging from the previous reviews in 2010 it was clear the maintenance of this property had declined through the past year. Firstly, we chose Minne Heaven specifically because of the private pool and paid the extra for heating since our stay was early March. Upon our arrival, we discovered not only was the pool dirty, and clearly hadn't been used for some time, but the heater was broken. When we called the local rental contact, he was not even aware we'd paid the extra fee for pool usage and heat. When we contacted Lou directly, he assured us that a pool service would be coming to fix it. Someone did come briefly to take a look, but never returned. So, no pool for us. Clearly there were communication issues between the owners and local management/maintenance and we got caught in the middle of it, which was very uncomfortable. There were a few other small maintenance issues such as broken ice maker which caused refrigerator to leak, broken vertical blinds, and in our opinion, the air conditioning was required to be kept too low. Personally, we feel if on vacation you should be able to set the climate for your own comfort. Otherwise the property was very clean and the outside well maintained. Everything else was adequate, nice, quiet neighborhood, convenient location to the theme parks and Kissimmee attractions, but again, we chose this property specifically because of the private pool on site. That is the only thing that made this one stand apart from all the rest. We did get a prompt refund of our heating fee, and Lou offered us an extra night free of charge, which was really nice, but time constraints prevented it. We had so looked forward to a spectacular, one of a kind vacation but unfortunately that is not what we got. As a result we are very reluctant to ever take another chance on a VRBO property.

We just left our home away from home yesterday and I must say that if I have my way, we will never stay in a hotel again while on vacation! No one wanted to leave! The house was even more beautiful than the online pics showed, and we had more than enough room to give everyone plenty of space, yet still have a homey feeling while there. When we noticed that the a/c was not working properly, property manager Roger responded to our call right away and had it taken care of in no time and was very friendly. The house is so near to SuperTarget and Publix that quick runs to the store were no problem. We were also close to all the theme parks, making it no hassle to get there early and stay until late without feeling like the drive "home" was too long. We made use of the pool and it was so relaxing and so private! The one suggestion I would make is to remember to take extra TP, paper towels, etc., if you are used to staying in hotels (this was our first time in a home rental). Thank you, Lou and Maria, for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be ready to stay here on our next trip to Orlando. You were are real blessing to our family!

Lou and Maria, Thank you so much for the use of Mickey's Manor on our recent trip to Orlando. The house was just as pictured. Perfectly set up for two families traveling together. The location for perfect. About five miles to the Disney Gates. Walmart, Target, and Publix all within ten minutes. Universal and Sea World are a bit further out, but an easy 15 to 20 minute ride. Be sure and tell your management team, a big thanks. Raquel could not have been more helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Now that we've stayed in both of Lou & Maria's 4 bedroom homes, it will be a hard decision which to rent in 2010! We love the locations of both. Lou and Maria, We all enjoyed staying at The Queen's Castle Vacation Home. It was a beautiful home and the pool was nice, the kids went in the pool as soon as we got there. Everyone loved their rooms. The location was great, it was close to everything, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops even DisneyWorld. Even our 2 little dogs had a blast. Home Away From Home! Beautiful and spotless with everything you need! Thank you Lou and Maria! We go to Florida at this same time every year, and we will never stay in a hotel again. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, especially when it was lit up at night! We enjoyed that we did not have to worry about the kids. We had enough room for everyone to spread out and have there own room. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We could have stayed at the home and the kids would have enjoyed it as much as Universal! My kids were commenting on how comfortable the beds were - they were ready to move in and never return to "cold" Maryland! Thank You Again! The Peacocks.
