LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION IS WHAT THIS HOUSE HAS THAT THE OTHERS DO NOT! You can pay about the same or a bit less to get in the car and drive to the beach or you can just walk twenty steps from your front door if you stay here.
This is a very cozy 1700 square foot home which sits directly across from the world famous Fort Lauderdale beach. The home is very warm and inviting with two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is enormous and both bedrooms open up to a covered patio and the pool.
There is also a nice size living area, a dining room and an updated kitchen with new appliances. This place is absolutely perfect for a vacation getaway. I don't think anyone will really want to leave. We have gone to great lengths to make sure your stay is enjoyable and problem free.
Tons of windows and cathedral ceilings add the warmth of this vacation home. If you like diving or snorkeling, there are beautiful reefs just fifty yards in front of this house. There are also a wide variety of shops restaurants and activities all close by for you to make your vacation complete.
The house sits in a unique and only beachside community in Fort Lauderdale with a detail police officer that constantly patrols our small two street upscale neighborhood.
Houses in this neighborhood start a million dollars and are selling for as much as eight million on the same street.
This home is located just three miles from famous Las Olas Boulevard and downtown. We are about six miles from the Fort Lauderdale airport and about ten miles from the Hard Rock Casino. South Beach, Miami is twenty miles South of us and Palm Beach is located fifty miles North.
This is truly a piece of paradise. Enjoy the private pool and constant ocean breezes. You can actually hear the ocean hit the sand from your front door. There are tons of great restaurants and tourist attractions and we will be pleased to point you in the right direction.
We are not absentee owners as we live just down the street and can usually address your needs or questions in just minutes.
