A wine cabinet, with wine! for your use and enjoyment. The owners travel often and stayed in many homes in Carmel before purchasing this one....they know what people desire when coming to Carmel. This place has it all! Charm, comfort, luxury, parking! It is far enough from town to avoid parking/traffic congestion but close enough to walk with ease to shop and dine. Housekeeping can be made available mid-week...grocery shopping can be done for you before your arrival.

Due to Carmel By The Sea vacation house regulations, we cannot rent
to more than one party within a 30 day period. Therefore rates
are based on a monthly rate but can be pro-rated to
a weekly rate. Rates during ATT Pro Am Golf,US Open, Concourse, Jazz Festival
and major holidays are considered premium time: $9500 per month
Low Season: November-April= $6300 per month/$1750 week
High Season: May-October= $7500 per month/$2100 week

Hello! My name is Deeana. My husband is Mike. We have two college aged children and live primarily in Monte Sereno, CA. Both my husband and I have lived in the Bay Area our entire lives. After many years working in many fields, I am now "retired" and spend most of my time searching for the next house to buy or decorate.
Why the Owner Chose Carmel By the Sea
Since I was a teenager, I have dreamed of owning a cottage near the ocean in this fairy tale town called Carmel. Finally realized that dream in June of 2009. Before buying a place there, my husband and I often rented vacation cottages for weeks and months at a time and really wanted to one day be able to offer our home away from home to other people.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
The cottage is 5 minutes walking time to the beach, 5 minutes walking time to shopping and dining. I love the coastline and one of the prettiest, by far, is at Point Lobos, 10 minute drive south on Highway 1. You can hike in the morning through either forests or in the sand...nap all day and dine at world class restaurants that evening. It truly doesn't get better than that.
