It has so much to enjoy within a 5 mile radius and if you want to go to downtown or the airport you will find that the travel time is nearly the same or less than the more popular locations because our freeways and roads are un-crowded with traffic slowing you down!
We have an amazing 1800+ sq. ft. apartment in our 7000 sq. ft. home. It has a private walk-out sliding glass door entrance and a shared front door entrance. Here are some of the features you will enjoy:

Our family loves having guests! We have had the most amazing guests from Canada to Florida. We are a couple in our 40's raising 3 children. Doctor Vogt has worked in science and technology for the last 2 decades and Portia works as an asset manager for private lending clients. Their oldest daughter is a senior this year, followed by a middle-schooler and elementary age son. This is our 2nd year of hosting in our fantastic apartment and we enjoy assisting our guests in having a fantastic stay. We're here to help when needed and at the same time make sure you have LOTS of PRIVACY AND REST!
Why the Owner Chose Minneapolis
There is a real need for luxury, executive locations in the Minneapolis area that actually give guests a taste for what our beautiful state of Minnesota and particularly the Metro Area offer. Staying in a hotel never offers someone the chance to really see what living here is like while on vacation. We have hosted guests stays from a few days to a few months! We really love making everyone's stay a success!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our beautiful backyard, home and location! Theatre Room, wow! Some guests need the theatre room for presentations and we provide that - others want to play the Playstation on a huge screen or see their favorite movies! We have many golf courses near us and we attract guests who want to really be on the course and near other top notch courses. WE also find that FAMILIES LOVE our location because they have SO MUCH ROOM AND PRIVACY!
