Monthly rental is $3,300.00 to 5,000.00 a month depending on the time of the year and the length of stay. Short or long term rentals available.
There are two bedrooms on two separate floors, two full baths, two fireplaces, a two car garage, open beamed ceilings, skylights, a balcony facing the ocean in the distance, DSL internet, direct TV and pay per view, weekly trash removal, a gardener once a week and a housekeeper on call. There is an extensive private yard area on two levels. There is a 12 foot high wall that separates the guest house from the main house.
Both properties are fully private from each other. The internet, trash removal, and direct TV are included in the rent.

Year Purchased: 1995
I am a single mother who has owned a few properties that I myself have designed and built. The California properties have a southwest Mediterranean feeling. I previously had a 1/2 acre with two houses that I designed and built for my parents. I have since sold this property that fronted on a golf course.
Why the Owner Chose Carmel Valley
I am a designer and like to take properties and renovate them. The property was near to my parents at the Carmel Valley Ranch Resort.

The views from both sides of the property are endless. You can see for miles in any direction - from the ocean to the mountains. It is a wonderful feeling to sit on the deck looking out to the ocean and watch the fog settle in on the coast line while the sun shines on the balcony of the Guest House on top of the hill.
