Wow! - Luxury 6 BR Villa, South Pool, Spa, Near Disney

  Our family of seven adults and six children truly enjoyed this beautiful vacation home. We traveled from Michigan and Virginia to Florida and we were all relieved to see the home truly is just as pictured on the website! The home was clean and very well maintained (and beautifully decorated). The layout of the property was such that 13 people could stay there and not feel crowded. The kids were absolutely thrilled with the pool and game room. We visited during the NBA playoffs and it was fun to watch the games while relaxing on the backyard patio and grilling! The manager of the property was so prompt with responses and very helpful. We visited Universal Studio, Sea World, Wet n Wild and Busch Gardens Tampa. It was nice having a roomy place to come back to at the end of the day. And it was great spending time with my family! The only complaint was the air conditioning upstairs was not working properly and the temperature there stayed above 80 degrees during our stay. There was a separate unit for upstairs so it really should have been cooler. The temperature downstairs was great, however. Still, I would (and have!) easily recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area.

  Owner response: We are always glad to host large family groups at Sunshine Escape Villa. Central Florida has so much to offer to every age group that it makes it an ideal place to meet and vacation together. It is unfortunate that there was a problem with the upstairs air conditioner during the time of this rental, but a repairman was called promptly and we were told that a part would need to be ordered. It has since arrived and the problem has been fixed. Our wonderful management couple provided extra fans to the guests in an effort to keep them as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. We thank you for your wonderful review and hope you will consider us again when planning future vacations.

  Thank you for the hospitality, the house is gorgeous. The kids enjoyed the Mickey Mouse room and especially the pool. the kids enjoyed the Disney park we visited, the weather was hot all week, but the best memories for the kids was here! they really enjoyed their time in the pool and visiting with their Memere & Pepere. Thank you!

  My three generation family consisted of six adults and five children and our ages ranged from 1 to 61! We enjoyed our stay at your villa and felt very much at home. We had plenty of room without getting in each others way. Everything inside and outside was very clean and very well maintained. The pool was a big hit and we loved the screened in porch. The kids really enjoyed the playground at Windsor Hills. It really is convenient to everything! The management team was very good to work with and we did not experience any problems. But we knew we could call them if we had a problem. An extra nice touch is the welcome package, It was really appreciated. Thanks for letting us enjoy your villa.

  May I Just say what a great Villa Sunshine escape is!. Are party consisted of 11 people Me being the eldest at 52yrs my grandaughter at 2yrs.We had so much space the living room with the pool table and corner suite did it for me after children went to bed a drink and a game of pool to end a hard day! The beds were so big and comfy.The pool was tops we have stayed in villas 4 times before but this topped them all games room décor etc.the complex pool and slide were great .I played tennis on courts with son in law.(bad idea to Hot, too old) superb facilities.disney so close restaurants so close.( Only problem children did not want to come home).Will be back in a couple of years and will book again without doubt.So thanks again for a great time.   My family enjoyed our stay tremendously! We stayed at the Villa for a week and loved every minute of it. My family consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 6 years old to 75 years old. The Villa was located only about 10 minutes from Disney, close enough to be there quickly, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. The Villa and the community had something for all of us to enjoy. The seniors enjoyed relaxing poolside while my 6 and 8 year old enjoyed the pool and slide at the Clubhouse. My two teenagers enjoyed being able to walk around the community after a long day at the parks. We have visited Disney 3 times prior to this and have always stayed at Hotels, this experience has changed that!!! We will make staying at the Villa our only way to stay when visiting Disney. It was a Fabulous place to stay.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Let me take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to stay at your BEAUTIFUL Villa. There were 9 of us (5 adults, and 4 children) and we all had plenty of space to move around and do whatever we wanted to. Everyone had a great time. Your villa was more than what we expected - from the cutlery in the cabinets to the beautifully decorated rooms, to the welcome package. Everything was so nice. To top it all off, we were only 10 minutes from the Disney parks. All of them. We had a very relaxing stay. Your management team was very helpful and kind. They were there for anything we needed. What a superb job! Upon departure, my 11-year old granddaughter, Jamari, asked "Grandmother, can we stay?" They absolutely loved the game room and especially the pool. I cannot say enough about how beautiful your villa is. We will definitely call you when we are ready to come again. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a beautiful Disney experience.
