Look no further; this new condo is beyond your expectations! The split floor plan is huge with 2450 square feet of endless living area. The indoor dining room seats ten and the den is spacious with a lighted entertainment center including a 42 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. There is also a mirrored wet bar with a granet top. Bamboo and hand carved ceiling fans throughout.

The master suite has an amazing ocean front view. It has a king size memory foam serta mattress. The adjoining bath has a Jacuzzi and an extra large tile shower with duel heads. There is a double granite sink with a full mirror above to accent this bathroom. All bed linens are professionally made Waverly comforters and highest thread count sheets and pillows , especially designed for you to enjoy the best vacation ever. Each guest room has it's own full bath.

The best parking space in the building will come in handy when you unload and find out your space is right next to the elevators. This condo, with it's location, has 400 feet of beach front. You will positively want to return year after year.

We have one indoor pool, Jacuzzi, two outdoor pools and state of the art exercise rooms with TVs but the homey feeling of this unit will allow you to experience the perfect vacation. There is plenty to do, including golf carts, atvs, and bike rentals on the beach.

Your home-away-from-home is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Historic St. Augustine is 45 minutes away with a beautiful scenic drive up A1A. Why the Owner Chose St. Maarten

We first came to Daytona together in 1964. In the years to follow , my husband and I brought our children and grandchildren to Daytona. All of us love the ocean, Disney World, St. Augustine and all the other attractions. Now, watching the Shuttle lift-off from our balcony is wonderful. It was exciting to see history being made with the liftoff of the Mars Mission. I will never forget the rockets speed across the entire Eastern Sky making a lasting moment in history

You only have a short time to enjoy a vacation. Daytona is close to so many fun things to do. "Are we there yet?" will not be heard as often.
