This charming home is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a five mile beach/seawall. It is 10–15 minutes to downtown Vancouver. It is close to major bus routes and transportation systems, with local mountains minutes away--Whistler is one hour and 15 minutes by car..
