The lower level has a grand master bedroom with a queen sized bed, gas burning fireplace and flat screen HDTV. It has French doors leading to a tranquil garden patio with a babbling brook. A full bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub make for a very relaxing stay. A small second bedroom, ideal for a family with a small child is located beside the grand master. The Grand Master can be a lock off as well as the solarium suite.
The Garden solarium can be rented separately. Please note NOT INCLUDED
The lower level garden solarium is a self-contained unit with a new fully equipped kitchen as well as a new separate full bath with shower and en suite laundry. The self contained suite can be rented separately as a studio apartment or in addition to the Grand Master and second bedroom.
This charming home is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, 5 mile beach/seawall and is 10 – 15 minutes to Downtown Vancouver. It is close to major bus routes and transportation systems, with local mountains being minutes away and is 1 hour and 15 minutes by car to the beautiful Whistler resort.
