This custom built 2 bedroom (1 king, 2 twin beds), 1 full bath plantation style cottage is located on a very private property, hidden away between pastures and pine apple fields, yet within walking distance of the Haiku post office, Haiku Market, Colleens Pizza and Bakery and our famous Hawaiian Restaurant "Hana Hou" and Maui Studio (offering Yoga and dance classes)
The garden offers many fruit trees like Bananas, Oranges, Tangerines, Pamelos, Limes and Lemons, Macadamia Nuts, Bread Fruit, Mangos, Guava, Herbs for cooking and as well lawn areas with lawn furniture for sun bathing and relaxing. This is a children friendly property.

Why the Owner Chose Haiku
We love the peaceful setting with beautiful ocean views at the end of a cul-de-sac bordering a pine apple field. It feels like a little island by itself. The location is very central, walking distance to the Haiku town center, 10 min. drive to Paia town and 20 min. from the airport. Baldwin Beach Park is only 10 min. drive away with a mile long white sandy beach. We have a nice park up the road with a great play ground and BBQ facilities. Perfect for running and kiting or watching horse back riders at the equestrian center.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Our favorite swimming beach is Baldwin Beach Park, a great white sandy beach and only about 10 min. drive away. The Jacuzzi in our yard is a perfect feature to relax and the lawn area provides a nice place with sun or shade. We have lots of fruit trees like bananas, oranges, limes and lemons, bread fruit, papayas and passion fruits available almost year around. Evenings are enjoyable quiet in our small neighborhood. The Haiku Town center is only an evening stroll away and offers great restaurants. Hana Hou has life music on some evenings and the Haiku Studio offers dance and yoga classes and sometimes entertainment in the evening.

Watch world class wind surfers and surfers. Best wave season mid. Nov. to mid. March. Great for sunsets.
There is a dirt road along pine apple fields taking you to the north tip of the island. Great for sunsets, road is bumpy.
