This place is absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the town as well as the house! You have the house so well-equipped we found ourselves lacking for very little. For people like us from Kansas where there are no beaches it sure was nice to have all the beach supplies here and waiting for us. Thank you so much for all the thought you've put into your great vacation home! We hope to come back someday. We highly recommend JB's Fish Camp - excellent seafood and steaks/chicken! Fun place, very casual. We do NOT recommend PJ's Sea Shack - we had great service but horrible food.

This was our first trip to New Smyrna Beach and hopefully not our last. We loved your house and pool, especially the lights at night. The ocean and beach were so beautiful - better than we expected. We had a wonderful week with our friends - lots of laughing, having fun, too much eating (clothes are a little tighter!). We're already making plans for next year. Thanks!

What a great week we have had. Your house was so comfortable we felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in the door. The kids loved tthe pool and it is the perfect size. The beach was wonderful, clean and not overly crowded. Thank you for thinking of everything we would possibly need while in NSB.

House is great! Beach was great and we loved thte pool. The colored lights at night are a nice touch. All beds were very comfy and we slept well. House has nice decor - fits the beach. Thanks, we loved it!

Thanks again for letting us enjoy your wonderful beach home! For the second year in a row we have thoroughly enjoyed renting from you - your houses are absolutely the best value for a luxurious stay at NSB! We spent equal time on the beach and in the pool - interspersed with generous amounts of meals out and meals here. Instead of our Hawaiian feast we had an Italian (Tuscan) feast and a Spanish meal - what a blast! Needless to say we look forward to next year and we'll let you know as soon as possible when we'll need the house for our next vacation. And next time we'll try not to misplace the key!! Thanks again.

Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your home this week. We found this home to be better than advertised. We ate at PJ's, JB's Fish Camp, Blackbeards and Beacon. The shops were great, and the beach was the best. We hope to be able to do this again next year.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful beach house. The pool was nice to relax in after a day out. Our week went by too fast. Everything was perfect! New Smyrna is a nice place to spend a vacatiton. We hope to visit again.

Thank you so much for inviting the whole family to spend Thanksgiving vacation in your beautiful homes. It was absolutely wonderful - hectic at times but with 28 family members together at once I think we managed pretty well. Thanks again - your homes are beautiful and it has given us all a beautiful memory we'll never forget.

We had a lovely couple of weeks here. The house has been great - very comfortable and everything we had needed - excellent to have all the beach equipment provided! We've spent alot of time at the beach which is fantastic. Caught lots of little fish in the sea. We have played mini golf many times at the request of our 3-year old Jamie! Have become regulars of PJ's for supper. Breakers on the beach is excellent for burgers and Teddy's and Beacon good for breakfast especially as Teddy's has a little train which kids love. Been up to Daytona and St. Augustine, down to Cocoa Beach and NASA. Great holiday, thanks!

The house was very beautiful and you thought of everything for traveling vacationers! We had a lovely week and enjoyed the beach, Disney and a few nice dinner outings. The location exceeded our expectations and your home was a lovely place to come home to in the evenings. We look forward to returning soon.

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation. Your house is beautiful. Even my teenagers thought it was great. You stocked it with just about every necessity one could need. I was impressed. The weather was nice - beautiful sunny days with a little storm in the afternoons. Most of them didn't last long. We really enjoyed the house and hope to be able to return next year. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful time! Our children loved thte house and the beach. My husband and son went fishing with Critter Fleet and we enjoyed Amber Jack for several meals. We played putt-putt and we also went to Daytona. The Kennedy Space Center was a wonderful day trip. Thanks for a great vacation. See you again next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this house and at this beach. The house is beautiful! My husband and 15 and 16 year old boys surfed all day every day at thte inlet. My 19 year old daughter and I enjoyed the sun and beach, and shops. We ate at Norwoods and New Smyrna Steakhouse. Excellent food! We weree surprised at the cold ocean. We're from Carolina Beach NC and the water's much warmer. (I understand that's unusual). We definitely hope to come back for another vacation!!! Thanks!

What a nice vacation! Your home is beautiful. We went to dinner four nights, twice at Norwoods. I went to my pool each day and yesterday had a pool party w/drinks and snack.
