Come spend winter with us! This beautiful home is our retirement dream, and was designed and built by the owner November 2007. Nestled in a quiet community, this home offers spectacular views from every entry of home. Landscape ongoing to attract birds and butterflies. Your alarm clock are the birds about 6:15 AM with "snooze" and another wave of birds by 7:00 AM.
Your grandkids will love visiting you at this lake front, brick home with pool and hot tub. It is only a short distance to Tallahassee, Gulf beaches (1 - 1 1/2 hours drive),and Valdosta's Wild Adventures Water Theme Park, however, no one will want to leave the amenties of the home.
There are 4 bedroom/3 baths in this 2800 sq ft home, with a single car garage and circular drive. Dine outside on our 10' x 14' screened porch (kitchen), or lounge off the 14' x 27' screened porch (master bedroom). Like spending all your time outside? We have a 20' x 40' center deck w/ stainless gas grill, 20' x 20' deck w/ in-deck hot tub, 12' x 20' x 4' in-ground swimming pool, 30' x 40' brick paver pool deck, 14' x 24' brick paver patio w/ charcoal grills and fire pit, 14' x 16' dock. The magical 73 acre private lake w/no powered boats or jet ski's allowed makes a great place to fish, sunbathe and just relax.

Bamboo flooring,ceramic tile baths,crown moulding, 10' ceiling, 3ea. 8'french doors master bedroom with claw foot tub overlooking lake,entire rear of home has full length windows and glass french doors giving a very impressive view of the lake, gated entry from front of house,corian countertops in kitchen with gas stove and stainless steel appliances, 2 each 50" HD TV's with 7.1 surround sound for each system, Xbox 360 in living room and blue ray DVD in master bedroom, both TV's mounted above gas fireplaces.

1 1/2 hours from gulf beach, check out Thomasville, Ga on web site. Huge plantations and cultivated farmlands surround the city. Thomasville is known as the Rose City and has one of the largest and oldest trees in the country.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home and we had a fantastic time there. The furnishings are all top notch as well as the kitchen. Smores at the fire pit and the pictures out at the lake are amazing. We had a hard time leaving this home and would definitely rent again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
