Life long San Franciscan with homes in Napa, CA and AJIJIC, MX.. Previous homes in France for 25 years and traveled the world extensively. Retired interior designer.
Why the Owner Chose Ajijic
Went to visit friends 10 years ago and fell in love with village on largest lake in Mexico where locals ride their horses on cobblestone streets. The warmth of the local people mixed with cosmopolitan expatriates creates a unique most welcoming environment. Guadalajara, a 45 minute drive, being the 2nd largest city in Mexico has all the old world Spanish architecture and cultural activities with 21st century convenience. Perfect year round weather and an international airport 30 minutes away make accessing the area easy any time of the year.
