Located on 5th floor - this is a great location! You have a picturesque view of the Gulf and the sugar sand beach. Being on the 5th floor is fabulous: Great view of the resort, palm trees and landscaping, pools, dunes and beach but away from the noise. The 5th floor makes it easy access to getting to the ground floor.
Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast, eat lunch, relax before dinner or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and Gulf, from the balcony. The condo is a corner unit with a covered balcony, so you can use it year round in any weather.
