Being on the 5th floor of Avalon is fabulous: Great view of the resort, palm trees and landscaping, pools, dunes and beach but away from the noise. Recently returned from fall break at the Beach Club. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The grounds at Beach Club were beautiful and the weather was a perfect 80-85 with sunshine the entire week. Had a great, relaxing week there and wish I was still there. Look forward to returning soon.

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. Renting through VRBO was a simple process with detailed instructions for check-in and check-out supplied by the owner. The owner even called while we were there to check on our stay.

What a delight to spend a week in this condo! The unit is in great shape; the decor is tasteful; and the unit is kid-friendly. We felt at home within a few hours of arrival. In the future, every unit we rent will inevitably be compared to this one.

My family and I stayed in this unit for 5 nights in the early part of Aug. 2010. The only negative comment I have is that I've been depressed ever since I left! (lol) The Beach Club is awesome, especially for teenagers. There are so many activities available for children of any age. This particular condo was very pretty! It was very well stocked and the decor was beautiful. I was also amazed at how quiet it was, never hearing a peep from outside sources. The owners were very friendly and professional to do business with. We can't wait to go back!!! Lisa

This condo is AWESOME -- it is beautiful, clean and very well-maintained. It has all the comforts of home and is exactly as pictured on the website. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions via e-mail or phone. The beaches are beautiful and the amenities at The Beach Club are first class. Our kids loved the games and dive-in movie night at the Clubhouse pool, as well as the slip and slide and giant checkers on the front lawn. We had a great time and cannot wait to go back! We will definitely recommend The Beach Club and Avalon 504 to our family and friends.

Beautiful condo with all amenities needed for a great beach week! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Pull-out couch didn't sleep really well, but not many do. (It was okay for my young teen.) The Beach Club is very nice... I love the live music at the clubhouse in the evenings and the yoga classes. Workout area limited, but nice. Beautiful white sands and lovely, well-maintained landscaping. Beach chairs and umbrellas well worth the price, pools were amazingly clean and well kept. It is a great family place...especially for young kids! Great afternoon activities for them at the club pool for the kids.
