Welcome to your own very private "Piece of Haven" near downtown San Antonio, Texas! As you walk into this gorgeous 912 sqft condo/loft, the breathtaking view of downtown San Antonio immediately embraces you and you immediately feel at home. The beautiful granite kitchen counters with the matching granite island; the mirror-like silver kitchen backsplash, the stainless steel appliances and the tasteful decor with a touch of "Paris" captures your attention. You choose to relax in the comfortable queen size sofa (convertible) in the living room. As you open the living room sliding door you walk out into your huge balcony and enjoy the view, the breeze, and the sounds of the water fall (fountain)sound in the large pool....very relaxing!
You are a little tired and after hanging your clothes in the large walk-in closet and resting in your VERY COMFORTABLE King size bed, you walk around the complex and visit the fitness center with the state of the art equipment; you then take the elevator to the rooftop terrace and experience the sight of an unbelievable view of San Antonio and its surroundings; you sit there for a while and enjoy the view and the breeze and decide to go for a swim; you take the elevator back to your private haven, and decide to put in a wash load using your state of the art washer & dryer. You marinate some steaks while you are washing and after your laundry, you barbecue your steaks in the outdoor grill by the pool. What a delightful afternoon! In the evening you stay home and enjoy a TV movie and an occasional glance during commercials of the absolutely incredible nighttime view of the downtown San Antonio skyline. You then opt to turn the TV off and sit in the balcony instead to contemplate the view! Good choice!!
The next morning you take a trolley ride to downtown San Antonio and have the time of your life enjoying the Alamo and other downtown attractions. You have piece of mind since your car is parked in the nice shaded assigned parking space in the complex and your motorcycle is parked in the second assigned covered parking space next to your vehicle. What a relief, the unit has the option of two parking spaces! Your downtown visit was "stress free" since you did not have to hassle with the downtown parking and traffic. There is so much to do and see downtown! You have had another wonderful day and you are ready for more excitement. The next day you are off to Seaworld and leave your little haven with no worries since everything is tight security in the complex and all entrances are monitored including the vehicle entrance gate. You are not worried about your bicycle which is very secure and parked in the monitored cool bicycle storage area in the basement. Your condo/loft has its unique keyless entrance with your own private entrance code, so you do not worry about carrying and losing a key. When you return from Seaworld, you are exhausted but had another fun-filled day. You decide to check your e-mail using your high speed wireless internet connection to check on home/work matters. There is nothing to worry about back home or at work and you are ready for your next adventure in San Antonio. The next day is early rise and you pick up your bike in the basement and go bike riding in the nearby King Williams historical district area. You are fascinated with the beautiful historical homes lined with oversized shades trees! This is most enjoyable and relaxing to you. In the afternoon you take a tour to the San Antonio missions and you come back fascinated with all you experienced in your tour. You call it a day, and although tired, go to sleep content.
The next day is your departure date and you wish you could stay longer. Your stay was most incredible and your experiences in San Antonio will be in your memory bank for years to come. We bid you farewell and we look forward for your return to experience a second round of adventure in San Antonio and in the little "Piece of Haven" that for a brief period you called home.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The property is very trendy with the exposed pipes; high ceilings; and beautiful silver kitchen backsplash; I totally enjoy the beautiful view of the San Antonio skyline from both the living room and the bedroom; I like that the condo/loft has a feeling of "being somewhere else"...somewhat European. I truly enjoy the amenities (pool, outdoor cooking facilities and fitness center). The condo/loft is tastefully decorated and I especially enjoy the lighting effects (dimmers throughout) and the drop lights over the kitchen island. I totally enjoyed the oversized balcony, especially in the evenings. The unit gets the morning sun, so most of the day the unit has a shaded balcony. I enjoy the "easy living" lifestyle and the convenience to all the fun activities/events downtown San Antonio. I really like the convenience of having so many churches to choose from to attend Sunday Mass. It is an extraordinary place to stay on a short or long term basis; the unit feels open and spacious since it is one of the larger one bedrooms (912 sf) with plenty of closet space. It is truly a HAVEN and a perfect getaway.

My husband and I stayed in Blanca's wonderful condo for the duration of having to be in San Antonio at a very sat time in my life. My Father was fighting his last day's of cancer and having to come back to loft was very calming and a nice relaxing retreat for my husband and I after being in the sadness of my family's home. Sadly he passed away while we stayed for a "2" week duration and I will say that we always stay in VBRO rentals and this one by far was the best! Thank you soo much Blanca for having such a wonderful place to stay at such a sad time in my life. This condo was modernized and very clean and great in location!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Wow! I use this word but it is an understatement about how wonderful this property is for a stay in San Antonio. The location is far better than I had anticipated - the condo was even better than our expectations. After a few days we said that we would consider coming back to San Antonio just to stay in the condo. Blanca's hospitatlity was wonderful and the condo is great by iteelf but superb with the way it is decorated etc.
