This property is a well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in one of La Quinta's gated communities, Laguna de la Paz. Everything you need is available to you in this condo including all linens, utensils, furniture, books, magazines of the area, DVDs and CDs. Relax and read on the covered lanai or swim in the pool just a few steps from your private back patio. You can also take a walk on one of the paths throughout the community, around the lake and 14 pools with Jacuzzis. The clubhouse area boasts a gym, 5 tennis courts, saunas, shuffleboard, horseshoes and a putting area. There are 2 boats available for your pleasure to use on the lake - a paddle boat or an electric boat that seats approximately 8 persons. The master suite area has a large master bedroom with Tommy Bahama queen furniture, a TV and DVD. It has a separate shower and large tub as well as 2 sinks for your convenience. The extra bedroom has 2 twin beds and a hall bath next door with a tub/shower combination. The sitting area has 2 pullout couches ideal for children visiting or small adults. The entire place has newer carpet, is freshly painted throughout with new baseboards and brand new tile as well. It is very clean and comfortable for your winter getaway. Laguna de la Paz is located next to the prestigious Waldorf Astoria's La Quinta Resort & Club where the Bob Hope classic golf tournament is held. Old town La Quinta is just around the corner with fabulous shopping and restaurants including Clint Eastwood's Hog's Breath, Devane's Italian Restaurant, Stuft Pizza and The Crab Pot. Other restaurants in the area include The Cliffhouse, LGs Steakhouse and Arnold Palmer's Restaurant. There is a community library, video rental and grocery shopping nearby with a new Trader Joe's down the road. The Indian Wells tennis arena and world class golf resorts are also close by.
The temperatures in the winter range from the 40s at night to the 70s during the day. Spring and fall temperature highs are in the 80s.

My husband and I live in Corona, CA and are helping my mom rent her place out in La Quinta. She is currently living in Chicago. We will be taking care of all rental arrangements.
