We moved from Canada in 2003 and fell in love with La Jolla. We decided to purchase a condo with the intention of renovating and reselling the unit. After completing the project we couldn't part with it. With a large and busy family we do not have much time to spend there so we decided to lease it and make it available to friends and family.
