LAJOLLA 2 BR CONDO JUST STEPS FROM OCEAN AND WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN

WE STAYED ONE MONTH AND REALLY LIKED 245 COAST BLVD. THE LOCATION ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN AND LESS THAN ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN LAJOLLA IS JUST ABOUT PERFECT. THE VIEW OF THE PACIFIC IS BLOCKED BY 2 BEAUTIFUL HOMES ACROSS THE STREET, BUT THERE IS BEACH ACCESS AND A CLEAR VIEW ONCE PAST THOSE HOMES. MICHELE IS A GREAT HOST AND THE CONDO IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING ONE NEEDS TO MOVE RIGHT IN. THE ENTIRE CONDO HAS BEEN REMODELED. THE KITCHEN AND BATHS ARE BEAUTIFULLY DONE.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We felt right at home in this tastefully decorated condo, which exceeded our expectations in terms of appliances and furnishings. In particular, the bed and bathroom linens were simply luxurious. The condo's location was wonderful: we could walk to all La Jolla Village has to offer and sleep to the sound of the waves. Being able to park in the building was a huge plus, as parking can be very tight in this area. Last, Michelle proved an exceedingly gracious and accommodating hostess. We hope to stay at Coast Boulevard again soon!

5 Star Gem in La Jolla

Fantastic spot for my 2-1/2 weeks in La Jolla. Central location to everything and just a short stroll across the street to a beautiful beach! (Although my favorite beach in the area was Windandsea, a great beach to watch the surfers). My morning walks along Coast Blvd. were highly memorable and what a way to start the day! My favorite excursions were Torrey Pines, Coronado and a day at Del Mar. All within 20 minutes. The condo is decorated beautifully and Michele goes above and beyond to make your stay "5 star"... fresh flowers, chocolates and a plentiful supply of staples. Did I mention how comfortable the beds are? Enjoyed many beautiful sunsets from the condo and the kitchen was a breeze to cook-in. Highly recommend, but want to keep it a secret too!

After a long Colorado winter we were so happy to spend a week in warm LaJolla. This condo offers the perfect location, only half a block to one of the most beautiful beach areas on earth. , and easy access to LaJolla Village.The condo is very quiet and comfortable, secure underground parking...great beds & bedding. We'll book here again for sure.

We stayed inLa Jolla in April 2011. The trip was incredible and the house was even more fantastic. the view, location and surroundings were excellent. The home was cozy, roomy and very clean. All the updated remodeling was superior. Everything was provided and the home was great to come back to and socialize. The owner was so kind and helpful in getting us settled. So many things to do in town and within a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we hope we can return again soon.

Great Rental in LaJolla

We stayed at the unit from late January through March 2011. This is a great place in a perfect location. What you see on the website is exactly what you get. The decor is updated and the place is very comfortable for a long term rental. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the place so much we are already booked for next year.

You'll immediately feel at home. That is, if your home was in an idyllic setting, a stone's throw from a beautifully craggy coastline, where shopping and restaurants are just a serene stroll away. The condo itself is immaculate with all pristine, modern furnishings/conveniences, and Michele thoughtfully provides all the little extras which make settling in so easy. The comfortable, cozy condo will entice you to stay in, but that would be a mistake, because the location is a perfect base for any exploration (or, for sedentary relaxation if that's your thing). Equally quick access to north and south: To the north, La Jolla Shores or the not-to-be-missed Torrey Pines (walk, walk, walk the endless beach; take an easy hike up the cliffs). To the south, the popular Pacific and Mission beach area with its own unique lifestyle, or downtown San Diego and its endless cosmopolitan options. Or just step outside your condo, grab a coffee and while away the hours watching the surfers, or visiting the seals. The only negative comment I have is about the heavy traffic in La Jolla and the surrounding area. The condo itself is shielded from this because traffic on Coast Blvd is light and slow-moving (not counting the constant parade of runners, a testament to the great location). Once you leave your peaceful oasis, however, the California car-worshipping culture is on full display. Still, if you like to be outside, if you pine for the warm sun, the sound of the rolling surf, you should stop searching. This is the place. As a repeat visitor, I'm tempted to keep this place a secret (but that wouldn't be fair).

Amazing find!

I stayed in this La Jolla condo for one week and was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization. It feels as if you are staying in a hotel resort with the fine details, right down to the chocolates in the master bedroom. The area is wonderful, and the beach in only a few steps away! The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly throughout my stay and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

This apartment is very confortable and enjoyable. It is clean and well taken care of. It is enriched by many details that make life happier. It is next to the ocean and the sound of the waves are a lulliby towards a wonderful sleep or siesta-time. It is walking distance to the library, churches, shops and sport facilities. The building is fine and the people who live in it are very pleasant. This apartment has contributed to making my time in La Jolla very special.

This condo is beautiful. It is in a lovely location and being able to smell the ocean air automatically puts you at ease. Michele makes it an amazing experience all around, not like any other landlord. We greatly appreciated everything she did to make our experience special. Definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I recently stayed in Michele's beautiful condo for 5 nights. It's in a great location, close to fabulous pacific views, shopping, restaurants, 2 minute walk to the beach and is equipped with all amenities for a very comfortable stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone we personal know travelling to La Jolla and would return ourselves.
