Beautiful resort-like setting overlooking Foys Lake in Kalispell, Montana. The house sits on 8 acres and feels very private, yet it's only a six minute drive into town. The lot has open areas as well as lots of pine trees. The views from the covered deck are of trees, hills and Foys Lake.
The house has three large bedrooms. The master suite has a large bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A stackable washer/ dryer is conveniently located right in the master bath. The other two bedrooms are separated by a bathroom. There is a third bathroom in the basement and a laundry room.
The living room has a gas stove/fireplace and large windows overlooking the lake. More lake views from the family room and loft.
The kitchen is large with a granite island for eating, ceramic tile floor and new cherry cabinets. It connects to the dining room where you can step out to the covered deck.
Surrounded by lots of open space and pine trees. One block away there is a bridle path for walking, hiking, cross-country skiing or horseback riding. There is also a community tennis court down the street.
A three minute drive from the house (or a 5 minute bike ride) is a 320-acre park with many hiking and biking and horse trails (no motorized bikes or vehicles). There is a 4 mile loop leading to an overlook with gorgeous views of the ski mountains, the Flathead River and Flathead Lake. Great cross-country ski trails in this park also.
Two ski areas are within a 30 minute drive: Ski Whitefish and Blacktail Mountain.
