We live on the East Coast and enjoy our Rocky Mountain Paradise year round. We like to ski in the winter on the fabulous champagne powder that Steamboat Springs offers as well as hiking, biking and fishing in the summer.
Why the Owner Chose Clark

Jamie - thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We were just blown-away by how amazing the home is - the pictures do not do it justice! The open floorplan was perfect for our three families to spread out, but still be together in the main living/family room or the enormous wrap-around deck enjoying the views and wildlife. Or we could send the kids to the lower level to have a ball with the pool table, foosball, poker table and big-screen tv. It couldn't have been more perfect. The view is beautiful, and the proximity to both Steamboat and Pearl Lakes were fantastic - everyone could come and go with no headaches. We even ventured 'to town' a couple of times - the 30 minute drive being so beautiful, it didn't seem like we were far away at all. The gourmet kitchen with high-end everything we could possible ask for was fantastic for family meals, the decor is impecable and the beds so comfortable. We were truly amazed and thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We've rented so many vacation houses over the years, and yours is not a typical rental, I really felt like we were friends and staying in your home. Thank you for everything - we can't wait to come back!!! Julie
