Tucked away in a valley over HWY 40 & Berthoud Pass at 9,000 ft, Winter Park Village is the destination you need to relax, enjoy some fresh powder on the slopes, and connect with family & friends. It is no coincidence that Winter Park used to be called "Hideaway Park", but with great accessibility. Winter Park Village is 67 miles from Denver & 90 miles from Denver International Airport.
Our Founders Pointe Unit #4547 is on the 5th floor with a great view of Mary Jane and the new Village. Our unit is conveniently located close to the only elevator in the building that runs to/from the parking garage. If you end up on the other side of Founders, you may be annoyed by the walk. Our private balcony faces south & receives great sunshine during the peak of the day. My wife & I enjoy sipping coffee from the balcony while looking at the new Village.
Our unit comfortably sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the Master & a sofa sleeper in the living room. The contemporary & mountain feel will make you feel warm & appreciated during your stay. You will want this unit to be your final destination when you come to Winter Park! We take great pride in taking care of our place & are always open to feedback & suggestions. My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for a weekend to get out of the heat in Denver. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable - the photos are good representations. We enjoyed the poolside gas grill, and the view of Winter Park Valley from the balcony! Winter Park ski village is bustling, even in the summertime, and it is just a stone's throw away from the condo. We also ventured into the mountains for hiking and golf. While this is a privately owned condo, the building is maintained by very a very professional staff that make checking in, checking out, and getting extra towels very easy! The owners are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. We have already recommended this condo to friends, and we will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The accommodations were really nice; perfect for two people. The noise from the hot tub was a little annoying, but everyone was quiet by 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. The location is perfect to get on the slopes very quickly. Many thanks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time! The condo was in immaculate condition and everything we needed was at our fingertips! This is a great location to the resort. The process for obtaining the condo was easy and the lodging staff were great. The condo was very clean and provided all the amenities needed. Thanks for a perfect stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this unit for 3-nights. It's a very short walk to the lifts and all of the activity near the ski area. The condo is gorgeous. The kitchen is fully stocked. The owners are great to deal with and the management at the condo complex is also top notch. There was free on-site covered parking & nice bike storage available. Also, the swimming pool-sized hot tub was a wonderful addition. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and look forward to returning soon.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am 34 years old & am married to my wife Mindy. We have three boys- 8,6,4. Our family loves the outdoors of Colorado & really enjoy getting away to Winter Park anytime of the year. Winter Park is our getaway year around. From Parker, we can get to Winter Park Village in 90 minutes and enjoy time as a family skiing, mountain biking, riding the alpine slide, strolling the new village, & just relaxing as a family in the hot tub before we end the night with a movie.
Why the Owner Chose Winter Park Village:
We decided to purchase a condo for our family at Winter Park for the winter & summer activities on the mountain. Intrawest has an incredible vision as to what a destination ski/summer village is supposed to look like. They have done an incredible job in creating a village that everyone wants to be a part of. We are a very active family with three boys- 8,6,4 and we love to get away from our fast paced life to just relax & spend time together as a family in the mountains.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Play during the day- ski in the winter, mountain bike & ride the alpine slide along with the other creative kids games in the summer. My boys love the miniature golf course. Barbecue on the courtyard patio or enjoy a night at Hernandos for some world famous pizza. Relax in the hot tub at night while making smores with the kids. Winter Park has been a great place for our family to relax, have fun, & reconnect.
