Welcome to living in the country. This property is a slice of paradise just outside of San Miguel de Allende. 5 min. drive time to a huge market (Mega-commercial) and 20 min. to El Centro. The city bus is a one minute walk and comes every 10 min. This is real Mexico, so peaceful, safe and beautiful.
We all share the gardens! And plenty of patio space for all. Surrounded by farm animals and “real” Mexico. 1/2 acre of beautiful gardens and patios. All the sun and shade you can ask for with numerous tables, lawns and hammocks for resting, dining, reading and playing. Many huge old trees. Horses, turtle pond and a trampoline. With truly the most spectacular views of the SMA Presa (reservoir).

This 12 year old newly re-modeled home is both an elegantly traditional home with some modern Mexican touches. Each bedroom has an outdoor entrance and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath-tubs. Both rooms are about 650 sq ft with a sofa and tables with 3 chairs. There is a beautiful sun-room with sofas. The glass ceiling makes this room the warmest spot for winters and for watching the rain and stars from inside in the summer time. A large sliding glass door enters to a beautiful private patio for sunbathing, dining and cocktails. The kitchen has been re-modeled with the idea of cooking classes, parties and cooking your favorite dishes for friends and family. Views of the Presa are fantastic in this Kitchen. A Dishwasher too!!! The dining/ living room are open, beautifully decorated and furnished for comfort and fun. The front porch looks out into the beautiful garden with sofas to relax, visit and dine. Beautifully furnished.
Washer/ dryer on property. US Dish TV and high speed Internet is available. Both use satellite. Great water pressure and continuous hot water.

Hi, My teenage daughter and I live on the property in a house I recently built. I love living here so much. I have been a Massage Therapist forever and love a peaceful living. We have horses, dogs, cats and many turtles. I came to Mexico from Colorado 9 years ago. Although I first lived in Playa del Carmen. Where I dream to go back and spend winters.

This house is located in the country yet by car you can be in EL Centro in 15 min. Public transportation is available just a minute away. The 1/2 acre gardens with giant old pepper trees, 23 large Mesquites, lawns and plants and the incredible views of the SMA Presa (reservoir) make this property very special. I am surrounded by the "real" Mexico. Which includes all the farm animals you can imagine.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The enormous Kitchen, sun-room, beautiful bathrooms and giant bedrooms, views of the Presa and the Garden are some of the reasons I love this property. I feel so safe here and I love the peacefulness. Listening to the donkeys and horses are fantastic too. Watching the sunsets over the Presa (reservoir) is something very special here.
