Allow the crashing of the waves sing you to sleep each evening. We are nestled in between Newport and Balboa piers with the ocean front two mile bike path at our door step. Across the street enjoy 4 public tennis courts, kids play area, basket ball, and beach area to launch your kayak. Leave your car in a private enclosed garage and walk to great restaurants, shopping and activities. Two identical units are available for multilply family vacations. These deluxe upstairs units have been recently renovated with ash wood floors, sea-grass mats, rattan fabric wallpaper,new stainless steel applainces. Furnished with the tropical beach in mind decorated with bamboo tables, leather dinning chairs, and soft down sofas. High peaked ceilings with wicker fans in the living area and bedrooms help cool with ocean breezes. Great family picnic patio with gas barbeque for vacationers to share with seating for 16.
