Wonderful condo for an incredible family vacation. Well equipped condo with plenty of extras. The storage locker was great to store all of our beach toys. Location is on a perfect spot for plenty of beach fun. We loved the view from our screened deck. We can't wait to make another trip to sanibel.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

First time renting through VRBO and was not disappointed. The website pictures were true to life, the ocean view was spectacular. Nice location on the island. The condo was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here againRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful, spacious, clean ocean front condo! You won't be disappointed!!!! It's was our third stay on Sanibel and this condo was the best!!! Everything has been updated. Gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen. Big pantry for groceries. Full size washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds. Master bath is huge with two closets and beautiful shower, double sinks. Tennis courts are in great shape. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Small issues were addressed immediately. We couldn't ask for better! Loved it and are reserving it again for next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a great unit in a building as close to the beach as it gets. It was clean, nicely furnished, and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable - not always the case in a rental unit. This is an end unit with windows on three sides and a screened deck across the whole front making for great cross ventilation with ocean breezes and surf sounds. Since it is on the second floor it was good to have an elevator for arrivals with sutcases and groceries. The owner was very pleasant to deal with from the start. One problem was promptly dealt with by the equally pleasant building manager. We would return anytime and highly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of four vacationed again in Sanibel this summer and stayed in this wonderful unit. We hadn't stayed at Compass Point before so we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with Compass Point and more importantly this unit. The owner was great to work with and the pictures are accurate to its ammenities. Very spacious unit with comfortable furniture and beds. The big televisions were very nice and many, many stations to choose from. The owner provides bikes which was great and saved us from having to rent some. The owner also provides access to their storage locker which had beach chairs and an umbrella. Would highly recommend Compass Point and renting from this owner.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
