My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week last month (Sept 2011). The apt. was everything it says in the VBRO website. Super location in proximity to the Promenade Des Angais and the Mediterranean (5 min walk including two ped xings!). On the same pedestrian only street are plenty of eateries, small supermarkets. Nearby is Selaya market. The studio is well equipped with a kitchenette and we enjoyed breakfast in the petite balcony. (Fellow Texans, be advised, being a studio, the apartment is “petite” as well!). Ideal for two. But the apt. offers a great location for the sea, shopping and restaurants. The a/c will be of great comfort to those visiting in summer. The apartment is in a secure building accessed by two separate electronic doors. Being on the 5th floor, we did not encounter much revelry from the holiday makers on the street. Transport wise, cheap and fast access to the airport from Promenade des Anglais and tram service nearby. We were met by Evelyne at the apartment punctually at the appointed time with a handy tourist map of Nice, briefed us on everything about the apt. and again met very punctually on the day of departure for the key and deposit exchange. We enjoyed our stay and have already recommended the apt. to our friends back home.

Excellent location and within walking distance to just about everything you want to see. Rental located on a pedestrian only street so there is no traffic noise. The apartment is quite clean and full of all of the necessities. There is even a cute little balcony to enjoy your breakfast in the sun. Before we arrived I was concerned about the pull-out couch bed but it's the most comfortable pull-out I've ever slept on. The manager is extremely nice and welcoming and full of useful information about visiting the area. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon!

The apartment was equipped with every necessity, well-organized, functional and comfortable.The air conditioning worked well, the fold-away bed was the easiest to work I have every seen. It is truly a minute from the sea, but also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, post office, good bakery, Office of Tourism, as well as being very close to all the bus and tram lines. We could not have been happier there.
