DELIGHTFUL STUDIO available in a new Residence complex in the village of Beausoleil, nestled in the hills above Monte Carlo, perfect for a romantic getaway.
The fully equipped studio, available for short or long term rental, has a large terrace overlooking the Mediterrean. Have breakfast on the terrace or evening cocktails on the roof terrace enjoying sweeping views of the Cote d'Azur. Breakfast is also available for a nominal fee
in the breakfast roon on the first floor, complete with stunning views.
A short walk down the hill from the Residence you will find a lively outdoor market where you can buy fresh fruit and ,vegetables, and in the same street are a great little supermarket, a pharmacy and an Internet Cafe.
Enjoy picturesque walks in Beausoleil or take day trips over the border to San Remo and the Italian Riviera or along the Cote d'Azure to Nice and Marseille.
In the evening choose a night on the town, a movie or concert in Monaco, or stay in Beausoleil to enjoy delicious food at its welcoming little restaurants.
The nearest airport is Nice. A bus from the airport #110 drops you in Monte Carlo right in front of The Monaco Tourist Office. From there, a local #11 Bus or a taxi will drop you right outside the Residence. If you prefer to drive, the studio has its own private parking space and there are car rentals in Beausoleil.
But you don't need a car to enjoy the area. The nearest train station is Monte Carlo, a 15 minute walk from the Residence with services to Nice and all towns along the Cote d'Azure.
SO WHY PAY MONACO PRICES WHEN YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL FOR LESS, JUST 10 MINUTES AWAY!!!

I must say that this has been one of the best vacations that we have ever taken. As i sit in Anna's place for the last night of our vacation, I'm am so thankful that we went outside our usual way of taking a vacation and booked direct with Anna and VRBO!! I will certainly continue to travel this way. In regards to the room, it was everything we could imagine. It had a wonderful view, a beautiful balcony and a wonderful feel about it. Anna was incredible when we needed answers to our questions and her local contact Roberta was very nice and helpful. The nearby activities, restaurants, city was a elevator away! We not only highly recommend this place, but look forward to coming back! Thanks again for everything.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for a wonderful stay in the Beausoleil area, adjacent to Monaco! Everything was nearby, and easy proximity to the Casino, a bus stop right outside the door of the building which takes you to the Monaco Tourist office and other directions toward Lavrotto Beach and Fontevielle and other spots! The apartment was a great size, bathroom quite large for European standards, everything was superclean, the balcony was very spacious you could have breakfast/lunch/dinner outside and the view was spectacular!!! Ocean view and mountain view with beautiful red rooftop houses, very traditional and gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again, price was fabulous for this accomodation! Two thumbs up! I was sad to leave - believe me! Can't beat this deal for being 10 minute walk to Casino! Gem, a true hidden gem!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This private and secure apartment was ideal for us (a couple). Everything is fresh, modern and new. If you like walking, the apartment provides the perfect opportunity for this but there is also a good bus service at the front door. There are sufficient cooking facilities to eat at home; the dishwasher makes cleaning easy and the local groceries have a great range of food - more than we could sample. As South of France and Monaco rental prices can be steep, this apartment offers a comforting alternative without compromising quality ... it's on our "to return to" list.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

The apartment was everything it was advertised to be and more! The apartment offered views of sunrises over the sea and a short walk into Monte Carlo. About the owner: I live and work in New York City and having travelled extensively throughout my life know how special Monaco and the French, Italian Riviera region is. So in 2007 I was thrilled to be able to move into my own brand new studio in Beausoleil,which I named 'RIVIERA DREAMING'! I am pleased to rent it to other adventurers who will have the opportunity to enjoy not only my apartment but experience the magic of the French,Italian Riviera!
Why the Owner Chose Monte Carlo:
I chose to buy in Monaco/Beausoleil because it has the best of all worlds. Three hundred days of sunshine a year,the magnificent Cote d'Azure,the picturesque mountains and access to museums, concerts, movies and fabulous restaurants, from San Remo to Marseille! Beausoleil is a perfectly preserved Belle Epoch Vilage and strategically placed for access to the whole French and Italian Riviera not to mention walking distance from Monte Carlo!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are many benefits to having the autonomy of one's own apartment
as opposed to the confines of a hotel but the best, for me, is being able to linger over my early
morning coffee on the terrace just before heading down to the beach for an early morning swim,
followed by breakfast at one of the beach cafes. Then the day is full of wonderful things to do!
