Very nice, clean, well maintained cottage in a quiet community. Gate passes and pool passes provided. Gated community with security guards. The park also provides bathhouses, washers and dryers.
Only 10 minutes from Ocean City where you can visit Northside Park and enjoy Sundays in the park with free entertainment. Don't miss concerts on the beach on Thursdays with more free entertainment.

Visit Assateague Island for swimming and watch the wild ponies. Bring your camera, there's lots of bird life too.

  • GREAT VALUE This was a charming, relaxing, and well appointed place. There was a gas stove, good pans, and everything for cooking special meals. Even the new memory foam pillows were luxurious. The flow of the living room and kitchen and dining area worked well for a family of five sharing good times together. This cottage was especially well situated for visitng the wild beaches of Assateague. (The state and national parks there allow no oceanfront development, so you need to stay inland some and drive.) I would definitely recommend this cottage to renters.
