You will feel relaxed and at home in our newly furnished townhome. Leather lodge-style sofas and chairs form a comfortable conversation area in the family room, and provide plenty of seating to enjoy the surround-sound equipped HDTV and the gas fireplace. Seating at the large trestle table is convenient for shared meals as well as the fun classic games we provide. From the granite counters in all bathrooms and kitchen to the separately zoned radiant floor heating, enjoy the exquisite amenities this property has to offer. 800 thread count Italian sheets, luxurious towels, spa level shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps are provided.
Each of the four bedrooms has a brand-new, top of the line, KING SIZED luxury Simmons World Class mattress, encased in an allergy blocking cover. Pillows are cloud-soft and anti-allergenic. The bedding is gorgeous and unique to each room. The bedrooms all feature beautiful furniture and have room-darkening Hunter Douglas shades to ensure a restful night sleep. We love to ski and mountain bike, so Fraser is the perfect location for us! We are an active and close-knit family, and we absolutely love vacationing in our home in Colorado. We just wish we had more time to be there ourselves!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Mountain biking on the incredible trails are just outside the front door! The tubing hill is just across the way, and the ski bus picks up at the bottom of the driveway in the winter. Just to the north, Rocky Mountain National Park beckons, and the numerous stables nearby provide plenty of opportunities for a horseback ride. The skiing is superb at Colorado's favorite ski area, Winter Park.

I surprised my husband with a birthday weekend here. We had 3 other couples (4 couples total). The arrangement with 4 master suites is perfect! We had plenty of space. The home is beautiful, location is convenient, and Jean (the owner) was great to work with. One of out best VRBO experiences. We'll be back!
