There are many excellent restaurants nearby and great shopping within walking distance. You will find a 24 hour drugstore, The Ashford Memorial Hospital, banks and car rentals just a few blocks away.
The apartment on the 12th floor of the Condado Astor is within 15 minutes (by bus or taxi) from the 517 year old city of Old San Juan with Spanish historic sites and landmarks, and within a 20 minute drive to the airport.

Why the Owner Chose Condado
It is my place of birth. During the past 35 years I have vacationed in the Condado area of San Juan. I love the Condado area and I will retire to live in this apartment.

I enjoy the sunshine in the morning and the sound of the ocean at night. It is within walking distance from major hotel resorts, beaches and nightlife. There is a 24 hour video surveillance in the lobby and the elevators.
