A 5-Coconut rated condo on your own private beach! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located next to the Chankanaab Ecological Park and the Uvas Beach club where snorkeling, kayaking and scuba diving take place in the calm waters of the Caribbean ocean every day.
Our condo is close to beach clubs yet secluded from the traffic and crowds of the nearby town. This rental is family friendly and accommodating enough for a group of 7, comfortably. With all bedrooms come private balconies wrapping around the 2nd floor. Whether you have a view of Cozumel's jungle or the breathtaking views of the ocean, you won't be bored.
Every room comes with flat screen TVs and DVD players. Check out the DVD library and the local cable channels. Bring your MP3 player to hook up to the speaker stereo. Calls are free to U.S., Canada and Mexico. The dining area can accommodate a seating of 8 persons with 4 more persons at the kitchen bar. This is great if you have other family/friends also staying in the condo complex. Kitchen is supplied with all the utensils needed to cook meals and large bottled water containers are available for your use.
Are you in the mood for snorkeling or scuba diving? Walk to the condo's beach and you have snorkeling with the most beautiful fish. Quiet time on the terrace? Check out the hammock under the palapa and you will just see how relaxing that can be!
Around our condo to the south is a nice walk to Chankanaab park where you can take in the snorkeling, scuba diving or swimming with dolphins. To the north, 30 steps away is Uva’s Beach club where you can always get a cold drink, massage, kayak rentals, or snorkeling. They also serve breakfast.
What more can you ask for? Besides the popular restaurants in town, the shopping, the friendly relaxing atmosphere of the island, the water sports, the sightseeing, there isn't much else to do except come back to the condo to relax after finishing a wonderful day.
One more thing, upon arrival to Cozumel, our representative will meet and greet you at your point of entry and accompany you to rent a car or get you a ride to the condo. You will get all the information you need on where to go and what to do while you're in Cozumel. If you rent a car, the super market is only 10 minutes away where you can buy all you need for your stay.

While staying in the Paraiso condo, we enjoy having a clear view of the condominiums pool from our 2nd floor and beyond that the picture perfect view of the ocean at our disposal. Who could ask for a better location with the condo nestled between the famous Chankanaab Park and the lesser known but equally great, Uvas Beach club?
Experience snorkeling, scuba diving and swimming with dolphins at their private reef.
From our condos beach it is about a 400 ft. snorkel to look at the dolphins in the pens. On the way there are corral outcrops and beautiful fish....
This is a quaint little beach club catering to cruise ship passengers, locals as well as condo renters. Stop in for a margarita, and experience the glass bottom kayak right next door to your rental c
Great shallow snorkeling site. Popular place for snorkeling and dive boats.
Popular locals waterhole. Beware of alligators though. Great fresh water cold cenote.
Restaurant atop a cliff. Features good food wi tropical birds, and pet dogs running through the bar. Very private and scenic views.
A secluded beach on the most souther tip of island. Can swim out to snorkel platforms. This is a paying park. Cost is around $10/person. Worth it. There is also the lighthouse to check out, ruins and an alligator lake.

We have been "hooked" on Mexico since college when we learned to scuba dive and headed down to Cozumel. Now, with our family in tow, we head to Mexico both to the coast (Playa Carmen) and more recently back to Cozumel several times. We fell in love with Cozumel because of the family feeling of the island and because we feel it is Mexico's best kept secret! This was one of the best stocked VRBO rentals that we have rented. It was even better than the pictures on the listing. The beach was just out front past the very well maintained pool. We were able to snorkel and sunbath just a few steps away. We watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. There were all kinds of beach toys and every type of kitchen ustensil needed as well as beach towels to use. They even had a laptop for renters to use. It was an easy walk or drive to The money Bar down the road. We jogged each morning on the road out front. Although we did not get to dive this trip, we saw others being picked up on the beach out front for dives. The beds were even comfortable! It was a great place to be!!

We just returned home after a week of staying at the Paradise Condo's - there were 6 of us in our party and Lupita's son met us at the airport and waited until we could rent a car and find the way to the condo. We found it located in such an ideal place close to shopping, restaurants and not far to beaches away from our condo. Some went out fishing and caught enough fish which we took to the Money Bar nearby and they cooked it for our party. The fish they grilled, blackened and fried for us and served with condiments on the side for a small fee - it was wonderful to taste that fresh fish! The condo is so nicely decorated, everything you need. Its a beautiful view of the ocean and the grounds are maintained so well. The area is ideal for all ages - Margaritaville was a fun time also to go to plus all the shops - always something to do and close by everything! Would definitely recommend Paradise Condo's as the ideal place to stay - thanks for letting us come visit your place!

My family of 5 stayed at Pam and Gary's condo for 8 days at the beginning of April. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfotable We all slept well every night. The view from every room is great. You can see the ocean from every window! Lupita, the condo's manager, meet us at the airport and made sure we found the condo without difficulty. Lupita also showed us the best place to buy groceries and had cold beer and a vase of flowers waiting for us in our condo! Uvas is next door and we went there for breakfast. The Money Bar is just down the road and also a great place to go. The condo is just a 5-10 minute drive from the heart of the city for shopping but far enough away for some peace and quiet. We had a great time and hope to return to Paradise Condos soon.

My family LOVED the location and privacy of this property. It's a small group of condos, very well maintained, and right on the beach. The three bedrooms in this unit all had great views of the water and were very comfortable. The property is well-located - close to Money Bar and Uvas, and a short drive from downtown. Nice and quiet for getting away from the crowds, but convenient. We had a great week.

We arrived on Christmas Day and stayed until January 1. What a wonderful present to our kids! This condo location has something for all ages. Close to Chankanaab National Park and pretty much anything else you'd like to do. Pam and Gary have all the information you would need to have a great time. The condo is very comfortable...very clean....very welcoming! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cozumel. We rented a Jeep for the week so that let us explore the island on our schedule. Our favorite spot after a day of snorkeling & beaching was to sit on the patio and just stare out at the ocean. Talk about relaxing! Truly Paradise

Our stay at your condo in Cozumel was very special. The condo is not only beautiful but very comfortable, quiet with a beautiful view. Located close to the water we were able to stroll the beach. This area is good for snorkeling. Within walking distance of the national park and several eating areas, we found the location very pleasant. Taking taxi's into the down town area, we shopped and enjoyed the locals. The kindness of the people was prevalent everywhere we went. We are anxious to visit this paradise again and to enjoy everything that makes a comfortable vacation home away from home. Thank you for offering your paradise home for us to share. The condo is beautifully furnished with georgeous views of the ocean. The beach feels very private and you can snorkel right off the beach. The complex is small and comfortable and everyone there was very friendly. We loved the proximity to downtown Cozumel, Uvas, and Chankanaab National Park. We will definitely come back!
