Year Purchased: 1953
About the owner: Our family has owned this house since it was built in 1953. I spent every summer at Pawleys and my sons grew up spending their summers in this house. Now my four grandchildren are spending their time in this great beach house. It is full of happy family memories as you can see by the pictures on the wall. It is a wonderful place to relax, read a book, and just enjoy family times.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The beach is a short walk and Pawleys is a clean family oriented beach. There are also lots of activities in the area for families and I have put together a book on local attractions that we have enjoyed for all ages and leave it in the house for your convenience.
