We are happy northerners who love to escape to our Naples home. We are active and love to travel. We hope you enjoy it too! This home is for rent for the season or after March by month at atime.
Why the Owner Chose Ventura
The location charmed us from the beginning and we chose to build in the gated community to have the privacy, security and amenities of Pelican Marsh. The pool/hot tub and screened lanai lend to the relaxing atmosphere. We love to walk the neighborhood and enjoy the warm days, cool nights of this lush environment. We frequently enjoy the restaurants just a short walk away!

As soon as we saw Naples we knew it was for us. The fantastic combo of culture, gorgeous beaches and fabulous weather sold us immediately.
