Vacation in luxury in this bayside condominium and enjoy the beautiful tropical courtyard view! This bright, open second floor corner unit is in Building One, the Corsica. (206-1) There is 1653 sq ft of comfortable living space with updated decor.
The spacious master bedroom comes with a king size bed, 32' flat screen TV, private bathroom, separate dressing area and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV, two closets and a private door to the guest bathroom. In August 2012 the guest bathroom was completely remodeled and includes a spacious tile and glass shower. The dine-in kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, granite countertops and custom-made cabinets. A coffee maker,toaster,microwave,electric grill and all cooking items are provided. On a clear day you will catch a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, linens and hairdryer. The large living room has a 42' HD flat screen TV, and new furniture which includes a queen-size sofa bed plus a leather rocker recliner. Open the windows on the lanai and enjoy the tropical courtyard view and calming sounds of the water fountains. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the lanai! Cable TV is available on all TV's. Wireless internet access is available in condominium. A computer and printer is available in the first floor community room.
Take a very short walk to the beautiful white sands of Crescent Beach.(approx 3 minute walk across the street) Excelsior offers private gated beach access and provides an ample supply of comfortable beach lounge chairs. Six beach towels are available in the unit. The bayside deck area is perfect for fishing in Little Sarasota Bay. Fishing equipment rental is walking distance from condo. Outdoor gas grills are available for guests to use. Assigned covered parking with very close access to the building is provided.
Recreation on Excelsior grounds includes two heated swimming pools with hot/cold water showers, two hot tubs, three lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool table, an exercise room and a sauna.

My family of six stayed at this property for the second year in a row and we can not wait to go back. The 2 bedroom unit has everything that we need.....very large den, huge kitchen table for all of us to eat dinner together, kitchen has anything you can think of for cooking, and the furnishings are updated and very plush. Their is so much to do with tennis, swimming pools, hot tubs, very easy access to beach, and the teenagers love to rent bikes. The location is central to everything and Siesta Key Village is a short bike ride away and we love to ride there for dinner or ice cream. The property has beach chairs that are so convenient to use so that you do not have to lug chairs around. Pools are very clean and never crowded. The sunsets are the most beautiful you will EVER see ! We have stayed at beaches in SC, many other places in Florida, Bahamas, and Jamacia.....this is best place and beach we have ever stayed !!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My three sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this unit! From the two well maintained pools and the covered gazebo for fishing to the short walk to the beach where beautiful sunsets awaited us, this condo was everything we were looking for! The condo itself contained all of the comforts of home. We cooked all of our meals and had every cooking utensil we could have asked for. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and spacious. The owners, Pam and Joe were very helpful and quick to answer any questions that we had. The staff was courteous, and when we did have a problem with the air conditioner, they had it fixed within 2 hours. None of us wanted to leave when our time was up, and all of my kids are already talking about when we can book for next year, and asking if we can stay longer! We will be booking again as soon as we can get our dates together!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a great time. The condo was extremely nice and had all the amenities to insure a pleasant stay. The people were great to deal with and very accommodating. The beach was awesome. There are plenty of places to eat and things for the kids to do. It was great relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
