Beautifully decorated Amarillo ranch, with a pond water view from the Florida room and screened lanai. Fully furnished in a warm and friendly southern style. A furnished large kitchen has an open floor plan overlooking living/dining room, all with vaulted ceiling and tile/carpet floors. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with TV and walk in closet. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and TV, the third bedroom has twin beds.
We are centrally located in The Villages and within a short walking distance to the Southern Trace Shopping Plaza with a Publix grocery store, drug store, hardware store, Bealles department store and Wal-Mart superstore.
A golf cart, equipped with headlights and turn signals, is ready for your use on the golf course or around town, day or night.

Rental Policy: $600 Deposit/Security due within seven days of booking. There is a $100 Cleaning Fee taken out of the Security deposit. Security deposit funds minus cleaning fee will be returned within 60 days. Rental payment in full is due 60 days prior to rental.
$50 (optional) Temporary ID is available. The executive golf courses are free with these temporary resident ID cards. The $50 fee entitles you to two ID cards per household. The ID also allows access to the exclusive Katie Belle's nightclub and Cattle Baron restaurant.
