Sweeping views of the Canal & a short walk to the beach with picnic area & restrooms. Bring your boat, bikes, kayaks & water toys and come enjoy! Fish, Crab, Oysters, Clams, Seals, Bald Eagles, Beach combing and swimming in the warmest waters of the Puget Sound.
Main Floor of house has Master Bedroom with a beautiful Canal views, master bath with double granite vanity, large living/dining area with picture windows all around, 46" flat screen TV with surround sound and iPod docking, fully stocked kitchen, buddy bar, mud room with laundry and 2nd bath.
Second Floor has great bonus room with queen pull out couch, TV/DVD/VCR, movies and games. First upstairs bedroom has a Queen and the second bedroom has a Queen and twin bunk beds.
Lots of parking, additional guest house and RV parking and hook-up available upon request.

- Our property is part of the Shorehill Estates community with a community beach, dock, boat launch & picnic area with rest rooms on the beach. We do have several entertainment items available: 3 person tube, bocce ball, darts & beach toys.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak Season (May-October) $200/night or $1400/week with 4 night minimum stay.
Off Season (November-April) $175/night with 2 night minimum stay.
Week consists of 7 nights, check-in 4pm, check-out 11am (or later with approval)
$500 refundable security deposit
$90 cleaning fee
10.4% WA state and local taxes apply
